This product does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s creatine, and the quality is solid. I’ve noticed good support for strength and workouts, and overall it’s reliable.The only downside is the pill size. The tablets are a bit larger than normal, so if you’re not used to swallowing big pills, it can feel a little uncomfortable going down. Been using this product for a couple weeks now and have been noticing a difference. Muscle size has seemed to increase with the helping of drinking a lot of water. Mixes well to avoid a gritty texture and has no taste. A simple clean creatine that is priced well also. This product does not come with a scoop but I knew that before buying.

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I’m not picky so I don’t mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!
