Ditch the energy drinks, choose a better option
Ditch the energy drinks. This provides essential BCAAs with a little kick. Flavor is amazing and I use it to mix into a stim free preworkout so I get a little boost but not feel like I drank rocket fuel. Also great on the afternoon whe. You need a little boost. No jitters because you can control the amount, highly effective though and overall perfect product.

Better than coffee no crash afterwards and taste incredible
I stopped drinking coffee after I got this and I feel like I can’t live without it. It’s definitely a staple in my house. I drink it every single day. I can drink it on an empty stomach and I have a sensitive stomach. If I wake up, I typically have to have a little bit of food before any kind of liquid other than coffee with creamer except for this, I could drink this anytime, no matter how my stomach is feeling it always gives me tons of energy. Makes me feel really good and it’s good for my health too. There’s just no point in drinking coffee if you’re drinking this. And the best part is you don’t get a crash afterwards.It mixes extremely easy. You don’t need a shaker cup. You could put it in a regular cup and stir it with a spoon. You could put it in a blender with ice. You could put it in a shaker cup without the spring and just shake it for a couple seconds, but it mixes very well totally satisfies your thirst and it tastes so freaking good.Every time I go to the movies at night I feel like my bottle with this and take it with me because I know I won’t fall asleep during the movie.

Great boost of energy
I’ve been using the Optimum Nutrition Essential Amino Energy in the Strawberry Lime flavor, and it’s been excellent. It dissolves super easily with just a few shake, no clumps at all. The flavor is surprisingly good, refreshing, not too sweet, and really enjoyable. I also feel a nice, clean energy boost without jitters, which makes it perfect before workouts or even during a long day. Highly recommend!

First Single Serving, Good Little Energy Boost, Good Taste, Good Presentation *UPDATE
So, for right now, I’m going to leave a 4-star review, only because I’ve just received it, and I haven’t had a chance to use it for the reason I bought it for, which is to replace sugar-free Monster energy drinks that I would buy everyday before clocking in at work. I’m testing out a single serving of it now, and will update at the end of this upcoming work week. I’ll leave a few initial thoughts, for now:1. I like the presentation of the bottle; clean and precise, informative.2. The powder, itself, is very fine and dense. I had to give it a little shake to loosen it up a bit. Reaching in to pull the scoop out left a couple finger tips covered in the super fine powder. Not a big deal, just don’t spill it on accident.3. Because of it’s density it takes a short bit to get it all dissolved and mixed in, maybe 20 seconds for a couple scoops. The taste is a mild, refreshing flavor. It’s not too tart, not too watered down, and easy to swig down. I’m not noticing an overpowering artificial flavor, it’s pretty nice, and it doesn’t give much of an aftertaste. EDIT: For this particular flavor, there is a very funky aftertaste; almost like morning mouth, or something, lol.4. I’m getting a bit of an energy pep that isn’t making me jittery, or ramping up my heart rate, but I’ve only taken a single serving of it (100 mg). It’s probably good for a small pick-me-up, here and there. EDIT: Energy boost was good. It took my body a while to adjust to using it, after using popular energy drinks. I usually took about 150mg per serving, which is about one can of Monster, and the energy felt a bit cleaner, healthier. It’s okay.So far, it’s not bad. As I stated, I’ll make an update after a week of using more of it before and during work.EDIT: I’m going to stick with the 4-star review, for now, and try out the Blue Raspberry flavor. I certainly saved more money, per day, as compared to what I’d spend on other energy drinks.

Great mix for pre-workout and throughout the day!
This stuff is great, ordered many times, wish it was a little cheaper, but isn’t that usually the case with things?I like using smaller doses throughout the workday, usually about ~25% of the recommended dose. I will stop early afternoon or else the caffeine will keep me up (getting older I guess!). I enjoy the flavor and a little boost. I will dose up a bit more (~50%) for work outs. I like flavor this and the fruit fusion & orange the best, usually have at least two on hand to rotate flavors. I rarely do the full dose so I do not get any of the jittering that some have. Easy to mix, tastes great.

I tried another similar product from the Whole Foods store because they did not carry this one and it just did not give the same results. I take this a couple of times a day and it definitely helps with fatigue. The taste is great also and it dissolves really well. No jitterness. Very effective for my needs

I have used this product in the past and I loved it. Never had any come downs from it in the past however I do now. This still works great and gets me hyped up and alert for my workout, however a few hours after taking it I feels like I hit a wall and need a nap. I would still recommend it though especially on the days when motivation to get your workout in is hard to find. Flavour wise, it tastes great and mixes well with water using just a spoon.
