The smell is so therapeutic
I use this to relax my shoulder and neck muscles. I have a tear in my labrum and it’s been helping ease the pain. A little bit definitely goes a long way and works very similar to bio freeze. The smell is so relaxing and therapeutic. This is one of my favorite ointments to apply. I definitely was surprised to see that the color of the ointment is green. I thought it would be white or clear.

Works great on back pain
I have a herniated disc in my L5. About 2 weeks ago, I experienced severe back spasms which caused major pain and inflammation. I have been dealing with major pain day and night ever since.I’ve tried Icy Hot, Biofreeze, Tiger Balm patches and now this. I did a internet search recommended by chiropractors, which is how I found this product. I did not want to buy a larger size, until I knew if it worked. Prior to applying this product, I would say my pain level was about an 8. Initially, I thought it wasn’t going to work for me. It does take awhile for the product to work. After about a half hour, I stood up and realized my pain had gone down to about a 4. Another half hour, it had gone down to about a 1. I still had a little bit of pain, but it was tolerable. I applied the product about 2:30 in the afternoon. When I woke up about 4:30 am, I noticed it had started to wear off. My pain was at about a 3 or 4. I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I was a little uncomfortable, but that’s it. The pain was bad during the day, but it was even worse at night. During the day, it was about an 8. At night, it was about a 9. Some nights, even a ten. Getting a good night’s sleep with that level of pain, is pretty much impossible. There have been many nights where I prayed for relief and cried myself to sleep. If you have chronic pain, do yourself a favor and give this a try. Yes, it is on the expensive side, but it works so well that, in my opinion, it’s worth every penny. You dont need much, so these little bottles will last awhile. When I run out, I will definitely be purchasing a larger size. I will never be without this again.
