No complaints, I seem to feel better now that I’m taking this at a higher dose. I was majorly vitamin d deficient. So we will see when I next get my labs done how it may have improved. No weird smell or taste though. I enjoy how smooth they are to take. No real color.

Affordable Vitamin Supplement
I was recommended to take these by my baby’s pediatrician, as I am a breastfeeding mom. The ingredients show 5000 iu of Vitamin D. The pill size is small and easy to swallow, perfect for those who have a hard time taking supplements. I haven’t really noticed a significant difference in my energy levels or this supplement making me feel good, but I know it’s good for my baby to get the extra vitamins. I don’t feel any stickiness as I pour them out of the bottle. The only thing I wish is that it was USP certified which is third party tested, so if that is important to you, I would look into another brand.
