This serum is super hydrating and absorbs easily and smoothly. I love the combination of vitamins and hyaluronic acid – so good for your skin! This is high quality and feels so refreshing. I put a drop under each eye, one on my forehead, and a couple on my neck every night before bed. My younger sister by 12 years said that I have fewer wrinkles and better skin than her, so this serum works!It is worth pointing out that there is not a seal on the actual opening of the bottle, but there is a plastic film that rips when you open the container. This is a clever way to protect consumers and assure you that no one else has opened the product.

NeoCell’s Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid and Zinc serum
I love NeoCell’s collagen supplements and when I saw that they are now make skincare products, I was very happy. I ordered their serum that contains two of my favorite ingredients for dry and aging skin; Niacinamide, and Hyaluronic Acid but also contains Zinc PCA which is great for oil control. Beyond those 3 ingredients, this serum contains very minimal ingredients in it’s generously sized, 2 ounce bottle that utilizes a dropper for good control of distribution. This serum is clear in color and fragrance free. It’s mid-weight, and easy to apply and massage into my face. It absorbs at an impressive rate. After using, my face feels nicely moisturized and nourished without any tacky residue remaining and I have not had any adverse reactions from my initial applications. Overall, I think this is a decent serum for basic use when you’re looking for something with simplicity in ingredients in mind. For me, this is a nice serum for layering with others, for example those with retinol. $13.89 for a 2 ounce bottle of a nice, simple ingredient serum is significantly less expensive than other serums that I order and I like it!

Nice serum. Sensitive skin friendly
I really like this NeoCell serum and so does my sensitive skin. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and looks just like the photos. I received exactly what I ordered. The bottle is nice and the dropper works very well. It feels very high quality.I was eager to try it and was not disappointed at all. My skin usually has a hard time absorbing serums and it just settles on the top and does nothing, but it drank this up! I applied over damp skin, like I usually do with serum, and it sank into my stubborn skin much better than I was expecting. It didn’t irritate my rosacea or cause a flare up either, which is always a win in my book. It applies easily, is jut the right texture/consistency and doesn’t leave me feeling sticky. I felt a bit more hydrated after use. I think it’s a bit too early for any noticeable results, but I will continue to use as long as my finicky skin allows it.Overall I am very happy with this NeoCell serum and my sensitive, reactive skin really seems to love it. I find it to be an excellent value especially since my skin seems to like it. I will continue to use it.

Delightfully refreshing.
As many have said, this is a very lightweight serum, perfect for layering with other products. It has no noticeable scent and provides a refreshing layer of moisture to the skin with no sticky residue. Personally, I wouldn’t say it gives me brighter skin because I’m just about as bright as you can get when the light hits my blindingly white skin, and I’m not really glowing anymore than usual, but it does leave a shiny finish that feels as though it would also add a layer of protection to sensitive skin.It is an affordable, quality product.

I’ve been a loyal user of NeoCell collagen supplements for years, so I had no idea they had facial skincare products too and I’m so glad I finally discovered this Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid Serum.The quality is exactly what I would expect from NeoCell. I love that it combines niacinamide, zinc, and hyaluronic acid all in one giving me hydration and brightening effect form the nacinamide without needing multiple products.I really like how beautifully it layers under makeup. It sinks in fast doesn’t pill and leaves this soft hydrated base that makes my foundation look even better. I genuinely love this serum and will keep using this from now on!
