COMFORT TIP WHEN PUTTING IT ON: Pull it higher above the knee (just an inch) than where it should be for the knee cap, then move it downward until it’s in place to support the knee. It’ll help relieve tightness on the skin so it doesn’t feel like it’s pinching.—I’m giving 5-stars because I have used the brace for 3 consecutive days at work, and my knee isn’t hurting.I work in Surgical Services for major hospitals, and it involves 10 hour shifts of loading/pushing/pulling steel carts filled with heavy containers of surgical instruments for the next day’s surgeries. The floors at this hospital are uneven, so the cart will want to roll left while you’re trying to make it turn right, and that was putting a lot of stress on my knee. After 8 weeks at this hospital (traveler) it was looking like I’d have to cancel the contract to avoid an overuse workplace injury. I’m happy to report, just wearing this at work has helped a lot. I’ll definitely get through this last month at this facility before moving on to the next one uninjured.I tried another cheaper product that offered just 2 sizes like S/M and L/XL but it didn’t fit properly. I like that this one requires a more specific measurement of the thigh, 6″ above the knee, for an accurate fit. It’s not the most comfortable for deep squats and then lifting heavy containers—it pinchs a little in the back momentarily until you’re standing upright again, but that’s just my job. For support while doing less demanding activities this is great.No discomfort while walking or other activities of daily living. It allows for a full range of motion but definitely will want to keep your leg straight, and the supports at the side are adequate. There is a slight rubber grippy coating inside where the side support rods are. It’s only on the sides, not the more front/back. Very minor readjustment needs to be done during my 10 hour shifts of picking for cases (unless I do that deep squat mentioned, even then it’s probably just that I have hairy legs).

A quality knee brace
My wife injured her knee during exercise. We bought this based on the recommendation of an ER doctor. He recommended this design of brace, not the exact brand. It gives her the support and confidence she needed. Is a quality item that will last with nice velcro straps and hinged metal side braces that can be removed if not needed. Be sure you measure your calf and use their size chart to pick the proper size for a good fit.

Comfortable and helps knee pain but be aware of possible sizing issues
This knee brace works well. It’s not perfect but I don’t think any random knee brace really is as they all fit slightly differently and have minor issues here and there.The flaw with the Neenca brace is the suggested sizing which is not quite correct. I measured my thigh 6 inches above the knee as they say to do and it measured exactly 17 inches indicating I should get the small size that covers 17.1″-18.5″ but, when I put it on, the upper portion barely fits and is quite tight even before pulling the strap tight. I don’t know how it would fit on someone who needed an 18.5″ circumference.The good thing is it does seem to loosen up while wearing it so you can tighten the straps as needed. But the overall fit over the thigh is still somewhat tight and you have to be careful not to cut off your circulation. Overall, it fits well enough but you might have to go up a size to fit your leg properly.It is comfortable and I have been wearing it all day for a few weeks now. It doesn’t work like magic but it does help lessen my knee pain enough so I don’t notice it as much.So only one star off for the iffy sizing guide but four stars for working decently as expected.

Elasticity issues
It was a great product for the first time trying on, by the third time I used it, it lost compression on the center part of it, it also slides downward while walking, it might be great for use if you are not moving around.

Ordered two. Got one that had been used. This should never have happened. Now I either jump through hoops to return it or I live with having a used item on my boby/leg. Disgusted with the thought of it and angry the shipping company would be this careless. Unacceptable.And it’s a great product. The manufacturer makes a great knee brace. I’m wearing the “new” one. But I do have two legs and now only one useable brace.Sending out a used item that goes next to one’s skin is totally not acceptable. When people return these for whatever reason, they should be trashed, not shipped out to another sucker.

Provides great support for my knee
I hurt my knee and I think it is a ligament tear on the outside of my knee. Or possibly, I.T.B.S. My Dr didn’t think I needed an MRI. He gave me PRP and later, a steroid shot. It is slowly getting better, but my knee sometimes feels unstable. I was using a bandage wrap, but it didn’t help.This brace applies support and helps keep my knee from moving around too much. It does not fit under pants, but it’s June in South Texas, so I’m in shorts almost all the time. When I ordered it, the instructions were very clear about what size to select. I chose medium, and it fits fine. It’s easy to clean, and comfortable if you don’t pull the straps too tight. I wasn’t so concerned about the price as long as it provides adequate support and stability. I had a torn meniscus and sprained ACL in my other knee, and after 3 sessions of PRP and also a couple of steroid injections, it feels great. I wish I had used this on that knee, but my Dr didn’t encourage my using a brace on it.

If you order the right size this knee brace works really well.I am waiting on knee replacements and I have a lot of knee pain. I find that they support that this brace gives works really well. It helps reduce the pain.It is a comfortable brace and is not too bulky that my pants will still fit nicely.Overall for the price it is a great product and it offers good stability, support, comfort and quality. I have had no issues with the side support.Where I do find an issue is I do wear this brace for long periods of time to help reduce my pain and when I take it off behind my knee is a little sore. Other then that I have had no issues.I have 2 of these braces for each knee.

The support it gives is great, and the material feel very nice to the touch. The only problem is that the durability will depend on your use. I’m using to play volleyball. I already have some visible tears and holes, even though I only use it once a week.
