Very sturdy and effective
This item works great. It’s a perfect fit for my hand and it supports my thumb very well. I hyperextended my thumb and it hurts anytime I try to hold something (like holding a glass of water) but this thing keeps it positioned in a way that I’m able to still grab the glass effectively and it doesn’t cause me pain.

great help stabilizing my thumb due to De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. easy to put on, comfortable for all day wear, and somewhat helped with pain relief and keeping my thumb/wrist stable. fit perfectly, and easy to adjust.

Support and relief for thumb and wrist
Ordered for support for de Quervain’s tenosynovitis – much easier to get through my day with my thumb supported and immobilized. Immediate pain relief, as long as I let the brace do its job and don’t try using my thumb. Fits and adjusts easily to support my thumb and wrist well. Supports bettter than just a wrist brace for my issue. Solid quality – sturdy and not flimsy or too light. My only gripe would be that it can be hard to velcro the wrist strap part because it hurts to turn my wrist, but that’s only momentary and it’s specific to my issue so probably wouldn’t bother anyone else!

Strong yet easy to fit any size hand
Very sturdy and quick to adjust. Easy to use. Exactly what I specifically needed: wrap the base of my thumb and wrist. After just one day of use it already relieved my pain in those two points. I recommend it.

Sizes listed S/M & L/XL are confusing/misleading!
This is an excellent product for arthritic pain of wrist & thumb. The only problem is the Size. I have relatively small wrists. So I asked for Medium size and received S/M size, which was too tight for me. So I ordered the next size L/XL to try out. I received it on Dec 2 & it fits me perfectly. But now I cannot return the S/M size Items as the Return date is listed as Dec 1!My suggestion is: Why can’t you get separate sizes S, M, L and XL?

Very good at immobilizing thumb even if you are using your hand.
This was essential when I had tendonitis. Kept my thumb immobile but I was still able to work on my computer using a vertical mouse wwhile allowing my hand to heal. Fit well and did its job perfectly.

After reading a ton of reviews on the many different thumb and wrist supports available on Amazon I decided to go with a cheap one just to try it out. I wasn’t expecting such a great fit! I have tiny hands and wrists (ie I buy children’s watches and my ring finger is a size 4.5). But this splint in size small/medium gives me a snug and supportive fit on both my wrist AND my thumb. Both of the velcro straps are highly adjustable and cinch up smaller than i anticipated. The hard plastic support strips inside the fabric on either side of the thumb can be easily bent to contour where needed providing even more firm support. The fabric on the inside is soft and comfortable, not itchy at all. It kind of looks/feels like a slightly stretchy cross between foam and felt with ventilation holes.Significantly reduces the pain in my lower thumb joint and the wrist bone/joimg directly below it. Immobilizes my thumb enough to provide good pain relief while still allowing me to do fairly fine motor tasks (like seed beading) with the rest of my fingers (the splint is on my non dominant hand for reference).For less than $10 this is a fantastic product. I can’t speak to durability yet as I have only been wearing it a few hours. But based on initial fit, feel and quality it has already exceeded my expectations by far!
