Great supplement but softgel size too small
Really enjoying this Vitamin D3 supplement, especially the mini softgel format which makes swallowing easier. The product seems effective and the organic extra virgin olive oil carrier is a nice touch. However, I find the softgels a bit too small, which can be tricky to handle and swallow comfortably. It would be better if they were slightly larger for easier consumption. Overall, a good product with room for improvement in the softgel size.

Glad This is Available–Hard to Find Anywhere
Great, clean ingredients. It’s incredibly hard to find a D3 without soy and silicon dioxide (I’ve looked many places), but they did it! High dose, but in-expensive. I wasn’t sure if it worked since my PCP was concerned w/me taking a high dose: a mental therapist prescribed 10,000IU PER DAY for depression, but my PCP wanted me to take maximum 5,000IU PER WEEK. I took the lower dose and nothing much noticeable happened. Eventually, I worked up to 10,000 daily (since even 5,000 daily didn’t have a noticeable effect) and I discovered my horrible intrusive thoughts went away. Also, and as a bonus, I discovered it has been helping with menstrual pain issues (this discovery happens when I am not taking the pills regularly and then suddenly find myself in major pain). Additionally, overtime, I noticed it has affected my circadian rhythm: as it gets darker outside, I can feel myself wind down and simply want to get ready for bed. This has been increasingly leading me to setting boundaries with people (a work in progress given our culture, but I’m increasingly more stearn and cranky about it now).That said, this is not a cure-all for me since I have many issues going on and there are many elements involved in reaching and maintaining good health (though I suppose maybe I need more D3?). I do treat this like medication, though, since the longer I go without taking it as prescribed, the worse my mental and physical issues get.NOTE: My doctors have tested me 2x since I’ve been taking the higher dosage of D3. So far, even at the dose I’m taking, I’m comfortably within normal D3 levels–no remote risk of overdose. I wish I knew what my blood levels were BEFORE taking the D3, but I’m not aware of ever being tested prior to taking D3

This is a great product. I have been taking it for several years, and it has helped maintain my Vitamin D3 levels within the normal range. Superb customer service, very speedy delivery too! These are great supplements if you want to gain lots energy and to lose weight and lets face it; do you really want to put a load of stuff in your body that you can’t even pronounce? Thought not!. I The pills are easy to take and I have had no side effects that I can speak of. Another good thing about them is that they contain no gelatin which can sometimes be a issue if you’re vegetarian. I am being completely honest here. I was nearly 4 stone overweight at one time! I had to have a double fasciotomy on both legs due to compartment syndrome which took ages to recover from. As such the weight piled on! I now train five times a week and also do pilates & yoga. I eat lean, healthy and don’t eat anything with gluten in. I’ve cut out all sugar (which was less hard than I thought it would be). I drink 3.5 ltrs of water a day, don’t drink alcohol much at all anymore (which is killer!) and basically do all the things my trainer (and any decent nutritionist would) tell me to do. But I get bored once in a while and LOVE a beer and a curry or a BBQ and an ice cream if I’m somewhere hot and sunny. Who wouldn’t??? I’m getting really fit and I can see massive improvement in my physique. I’ve got a six pack!!! I’m 41 and have a six pack….I’m gobstruck!?!? My top half and my legs are ripped. However, despite this I still carry too much round the waist and that’s the hardest thing to get rid of. It looks a bit disjointed…a bit out of place….if you see what I mean? I am getting there though …s l o w l y…! It’s too early to state whether I’m losing inches quicker than I have done in the past, but I’m already feeling the energetic benefits during training days, without the horrible adrenal buzz you get with some supplements. I was taking NO2 Extreme for a while. They work but you feel horrible. No more lethargy late afternoon….JOY! I’ll update this review with a before and after photo in a couple of months!
