GREAT FOR ABS/CORE WORKOUT. IT’S CHALLENGING AND YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN!
This is exactly what I’ve been wanting. I needed this especially since the gyms closed down and I’m working out from home. I’ve never had one, but my gym has one and I use it there every time I go so when they closed I didn’t have this ab roller at home and had to get one. I assembled this as soon as I got it in the mail, and let me tell you, it was so easy to assemble. So this is definitely a great addition to my at home workouts. And I love love love how you can take it apart so you can easily store it and put it back together when you need to. I will also be bringing this to the gym once I go back so that I have my own especially since I want to avoid contact as a safety measure due to Covid. This has helped me a lot to strengthen my core and I would never stop using this. ALSO, the ab roller wheel at my gym had shorter handles and this one has longer handles which is exactly what I was looking for. I feel sore every single time I use this, it works every time! Amazing product and affordable price.This is my absolute favorite equipment for ab/core workouts and I highly recommend!

Want sore abs? In a good way?
I do a lot of rock climbing and need a very strong core. For years I’ve done various core exercises for 10 minutes a session 4-6 days a week on top of the rest of my workouts. I borrowed a wheel at the climbing gym and wow, nothing, and I mean nothing, gets the burn quite like an ab roller wheel! Sure, you can do a plank with arms extended above your head but that doesn’t get the instability that the wheel creates. Such a simple piece of equipment that really works. I will warn that for novices they can be really difficult so work up to it and don’t get frustrated if you struggle. This one is solidly made, I’m totally happy with it. I’ll warn not to use it on a hard floor unless you are ok with marks as the rubber will leave marks on wood floors.

Good, but not great.
Great for just rolling forward and back. Cant roll out the the side or the wheel slides against the grips. My abs are store sore either way.

Easy to put together, not as easy to use (but that’s the point!)
As someone working on strengthening their core, I was looking for an ab wheel for a while. When I found this one, I knew I had to try it out and I’m glad I did! This comes in a deceivingly small package, but is so easy to put together, is super sturdy, and somehow can hold my big body up pretty well. Though I am still working on getting in shape, this ab wheel is helping me get there. Overall, for the price and quality, I’d recommend this version of the ab wheel to anyone looking to strengthen their core.
