Not Perfect but Promising!
The shirt seems to compress my gut a little bit, but I was hoping for more. It works and seems to be ok. Not a magic pill by any means, but I can see how it can motivate a person to work on getting fit. I’m 5’4″, 190 lbs and chose the large. It fits, and I hope it will stand up to washing and drying. I found it strange to “step into” the shirt, but that works!
