I love this simple little door anchor. I have an expensive door device that I didn’t want to put on the doors in my new house, so I looked for an alternative. I found this inexpensive little door anchor and find it works great. I just pop it through my door and attach my bands. So quick and easy. When company’s coming over, it takes a few seconds to remove from the door and put away. It seems very well made, so I expect to get years of use from it. It will also be easy to take with me when I travel. This is a winner–don’t hestitate–just get it!

A handy little device
I have to use it with my front door. I use it with a couple of resistance bands and it is hant for that, and I am going to take it on vacation to allow me to do my exercises while away.It is thicker than my door likes but workable. It holds when I use it and that is what matters. Good value for the cost.

Perfect and versatile. I love how strong this thing is and I never realized how much you can do with it. In the past I would’ve made fun of something like this but using it myself I’m able to do not only physical therapy exercises but true resistance work with this. And you can take it anywhere. Awesome door anchor
Love this thing! I have been doing physical therapy for the past four months, and now I’m doing it at home, and my therapist told me that I needed to have some kind of anchor to use in the door, so I can do my at home physical therapy treatments with my exercise band. I’m not gonna lie. I picked us on a whim, because it looked really strong, and because my doors are really horrible and needed something large to fill the gap. This works perfectly!
