The best sleep ever!
This stuff is such a blessing to me! I work grave shift and it’s always difficult for me to truly get good sleep. I’ve tried melatonin, lavender, chamomile tea, everything natural that I could get my hands on. Although there was always some benefit to these, the effects were short lived.I spray this magnesium oil on my feet right before I lay down and WOW! I wake up feeling like I actually slept soundly without grogginess or brain fog. It’s works so well that I don’t use anything else but this. This spray also keeps my legs from being sore or cramping which I struggle with because my job is heavily physical in nature.If you struggle with insomnia or work grave shift, trust me and get this! LOVE it! Was skeptical at 1st, but it does work! Start out every other night & you’ll see a difference! Just feel better all the way around. I would spray on my feet after showering & before bed…shower, spray feet, & then put socks on before getting into bed 🙂

Multi-purpose Uocasi pure magnesium oil spray
I purchased this Uocasi pure magnesium oil spray because I had read that magnesium applied to the bottom of your feet would reduce foot pain but it did not help! It was advertised to promote relaxation and provide relief to tired aching feet but this product did not work for me! The clear thin mist non-greasy formula did not cause skin irritation which is a good thing! I had my doubts that magnesium sprayed on the feet would be soothing and promote calmness and for me it did not and I was disappointed that my inclination was right! Other uses suggested were adding it to your bath water or diluting it with a 1/2 mixture of water to use as a deodorant or a massage oil. I haven’t tried these options. The product appears to be good quality and a good value for the size of the bottle 2 ounces.

I use this to help me go back to sleep
I bought this because I read that spraying this on the bottom of your feet helps you to fall asleep. I used to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and had problems going back to sleep. This product always works to help me fall back to sleep.
