This is a standard, good-quality jump rope, in my opinion. I am, in-fact, able to jump it, so it works as advertised. For people just looking for a good, solid rope fore exercise – this is a great buy. It’s nothing fancy, just a rope that jumps real good.A few features to point out: It’s tangle free. I’m not sure how many jump ropes have issues with getting tangled, but I can confirm that this one does not tangle easy. It can wrap around itself and twist a bit, but it’s always super easy to reset with a couple shakes, unless you purposefully tie it in a knot.It’s adjustable, technically. According to the listing, it is an adjustable rope. I could not figure out how to do adjust it myself, but one of the video reviews featured a helpful tutorial. Basically you twist of one of the caps off the handles, open then clasp on the rope, slide it, then re-clasp at your desired level. By default it comes at very nearly its longest, and can be adjusted shorter. At its (almost) longest, it’s pretty much ideal for me – and I’m about 6 feet tall. Any taller and this might be a bit short for your needs.Good swing. It’s exactly what you want a jump rope to be. It’s light and very easy to swing.

Good rope for the family
I love that this is so easy to adjust, I can fix it for my son myself or my daughter all three very different heights. Jump roping is a great cardio. Workout in this rope is light and effective for all heights I just wish I had a little more weight to it

Excellent quality, durable easy to adjust
Great customer service. Product is as advertised. I have been using it now since I purchased it and it is continuing to function as it did the day I received it. Good value I’d say. Very durable I like the way the rope rotates in the handles. And the length adjustment is kind of neat although being new to jump ropes it’s taking me a little bit of time to figure it out and get it just right for me so I’d say length adjustment is effective.

Glad I found this jump rope!
Really happy with this one. The rope feels high quality, not the kind that gets dirty or frays over time. It’s super easy to clean, and the thickness is just right. Any thicker and it might sting a bit, so this is perfect.Spin rate is smooth and fast, which makes it great for both workouts and just having fun. The handles are super soft and comfy, it doesn’t hurt your hands at all, even after a long session.I also like that it’s adjustable, but honestly, it worked fine right out of the box, even for a 10+ year old. You can even teach a toddler to jump rope with someone holding each end, which makes it a fun little group activity too.Easy to store, easy to carry around, and doesn’t take up any space.

Very cheap quality jump rope
I gave this jump rope three stars because it’s a pretty mixed bag. On the plus side, it’s very lightweight and you can adjust the length of the cable easily, which makes it a decent fit for kids or shorter individuals.However, the rope feels really flimsy overall. The handles are made of cheap, flexible plastic with a soft foam cushion that probably won’t hold up long-term. The bearings in the handles are extremely cheap, don’t spin smoothly, and they’re not even mounted in place. I had to DIY my way into making the handles heavier by adding BBs and epoxy just to give them a bit of substance.In short, if you’re over six feet tall, this rope likely won’t be long enough for you, and if you want something that feels like a solid piece of gym equipment, this isn’t it. But if you just need a lightweight, adjustable rope for kids to use indoors, it does the job.

Very nice and affordable
When I was looking for a jump rope, I was seeing some much more expensive than this one and was not interested in paying that much money despite the “ball bearings” and other features they bragged about… I mean I want a rope to jump over, it’s not that big of a deal. Then I saw this one and it was reasonably priced even for a “rope to jump over”. Now, after using it for about a week, I can say compared to the old fashion jump ropes(some literally just rope) that I used growing up, this one is much improved. The “ball bearings” do indeed make for a smoother rhythm and I am glad I went with this one. The actual “rope” part is sturdy and light weight, and being able to adjust the length is really cool and super easy(no need to rap the rope around your wrist to shorten like we used to). I certainly can’t image the more expensive jump ropes offering anything that would make them “better” than what you get with this one and even if there is something “better” this is all you should ever need from a jump rope.

I’ve gone through a number of jump ropes that were either too frail, too short, or knotted all the time—but this one is an absolute game changer. The minute I unrapped the package, I could tell it was constructed with quality in mind.The rope is strong but also somewhat flexible, and the handles have good grip and don’t slip, even if I’m sweating on longer sessions. The length is perfect—I didn’t need to adjust it at all, which never happens! It’s also precisely the right weight, so it has control and rhythm but isn’t heavy or cumbersome.I’ve been using it for both warmups and cardio days, and it’s held up beautifully.
