This product according to the literature was rated good for our bodies. The dosage was higher than other products and tolerable. I will continue to use it.

I purchased this multiple times already. It helps regulate your sleep and keeps the loud noise in the head away. P.S. this won’t make you sleepy at all as this is not the same as melatonin!
