If you’re looking for a way to diversify your home workouts without a ton of expense or space requirements then I would encourage you to look at this set. Either using the included door anchor or purchasing a set of mounted anchors, you can enable a wide range of body weight exercises from the convenience of your own home. Included is a booklet of suggested exercises, but there are many more available ideas and options online. Great quality product for a great price.

These seem to be almost exactly like other brand name similar products but at 1/3 of the price, they might even be made in the same factory but labeled for a different deal so if you don’t care for the BS this is a good choice.Portable, Easy installation, Versatile.

These are great. Work just as well as their color matching counterpart. The grips feel good in the hand and not thin. The straps feel sturdy as stitched well to hold weight. The additional strap to take these outside gives it versatility. Happy with these.

Problem with caribinerre
Could not open the clasp. My neighbor helped me though at first he was stumped. Turns out you have to remove a set screw in order for it to work. No where in the directions was this mentioned. Almost caused me to return it.

A very useful piece of exercise equipment.
I gave a three-star rating because the clamp that locks the straps at a chosen length is nowhere near as secure as those on a TRX, but since I’m experienced with such things it is possible to insure a secure lock by pressing upwards on the clip while pulling on the strap. Not so convenient, and there is still a nonzero risk, but I’ve had no problems since learning the technique.The product is significantly less expensive than the TRX, and TRX no longer makes the two individual strap version of their core product, so, since the two-strap version enables some very good exercises that are not possible with the TRX “Y” configuration, I’m overall happy with this product. But others have commented that the straps can slip under load if one is not diligent in securing the clamps, so factor that in when assessing your own safety concerns.
