GREAT for muscle soreness and recovery time. Taken during workout with no upset stomach. Comes sealed, w. a scoop and mixes well in a shaker bottle. Taste isn’t exactly like the candy but it’s not bad at all, will definitely be trying other flavors because of how well it works👍🏻

Orange you ready to buy this?
Love the taste but you do have to shake it a substantial amount to avoid clotting. Nothing a good shaker bottle can’t handle. Ghost is so awesome with its flavors that it worth the effort.

Great daily intra-workout — Orange Squeeze is easy to drink and effective
I’ve been using GHOST Intra-Workout Powder (Orange Squeeze) daily during my workouts, and it’s become a regular part of my training routine. I strength train consistently, and this is one of the few intra-workouts I actually enjoy drinking.Taste:Orange Squeeze is my favorite flavor. The sweetness is easy to adjust depending on how much water you use — more water makes it lighter, less water makes it much sweeter. I like that I can customize it instead of being stuck with an overpowering flavor.How I use it:I sip this throughout my workout, usually over 60–90 minutes. Reprieve, after 3 months of torture with a competitor
I have been choking down another bitter brand for 3 months, thinking it “was what it was.” I finally couldn’t take anymore and asked AI what the best tasting EAAS are and this was the one I decided on.
