Good product
Came in about a 3 month supply which is great for the price. I was really looking for USA made but settled for German and was surprised at the quality. It was never clumpy, and like all creatine it doesn’t mix well into any liquid. Dry scoop it down the hatch and chase with water.

In years past, creatine was exclusively for people who lifted weights and wanted to pretend that something other than steroids was making them huge! No longer. Now health gurus everywhere are touting the benefits of creatine for our brains. Creatine is now shown to be useful for depression, memory, and a whole host of other things that don’t require heavy deadlifts to provide results. Now let me let you in on a dirty little secret about the supplement business. Many supplements get their ingredients from China and are of questionable quality and purity. Cretaine is one of those supplements that can be quite tainted if you buy the wrong stuff. For decades, German Creapure creatine has been the gold standard and that’s exactly what’s in this bottle. Let’s face it, all of our brains can use a little boost these days, and if you are also hitting the gym, this will give you a double dose of results. Stay away from any creatine that doesn’t identify itself as Creapure. Most of the rest is garbage. This is the good stuff.

Very clean German made product, works as expected and has an excellent price point. Highly recommended, no after taste and is easy on my stomach. Dissolves perfectly in hot chocolate.

Good quality. But no scoop in mine.
Came as expected, except there was no scoop provided. I figured out that half a tablespoon packed and leveled is 5g give or take a decimal.Putting 5g in a 500ml water bottle dissolves most, 95% of it. There is a tiny dusting that settles at the bottom of the bottle. Just give a shake before drinking again. You can feel the texture of the powered when you drink it like that, but it is completely tasteless. You could always add more water to dissolve the last bit i guess.

It works!
I tried creatine 3 times during my competitive years and got no result. This was probably due to the unbelievable amount of food I was eating at the time, I was probably getting enough from my diet to marginalize the effect of supplementation. I just assumed at the time I was a non responder. I tried this about a year ago and I could actually feel it working as crazy as that sounds. I have been using it ever since. I dry scoop it in the morning with a cup of tea because I never found these products to mix well anyway. If you like trying to keep sand in suspension in a liquid then go for it but I prefer to just get the unpleasantry out of the way. It has little taste and like I said is a bit sandy in texture. Do it how you like but it works and thats all that matters. This brand costs a little more but I stick with it for the testing claims, the fact that its finer granulated than others and I have had the best results with it.

I started taking for an about 3 weeks now and I can definitely see the results. Not sure if I feel stronger on it but I definitely look better since I started taking it.
