great for beginners
I bought this as a beginner jump rope. It works well. It’s easy to shorten as I’m 5’1″. I have used it for a couple of weeks now. It doesn’t get tangle. It’s easy to hold & I recommend it. I had a really cheap one & I didn’t realize jump ropes really make a difference. I don’t think it is built for speed, but I do think it is a good beginner jump rope.

It’s a good jump rope. It’s a little too light for me though. For the money though it’s a great value for beginners.its also very durable, and functions as it should.

Great rope.
I started with the elite jumps beaded rope and it was great to learn to skip with. I just got the 6mm PVC rope and what a difference! It’s slightly heavier than the beaded rope and spins a lot faster. The weight gives you great feedback while skipping to keep your timing locked in, and I find it much easier to do side passes and the boxers skip with it. I love this rope.
