GREAT PRODUCT
Brought this for my mom to help with sleep and wow oh wow ! This works wonderful for her! She usually takes sleeping pills from regular generic brands and she tried melatonin but hated the dreams that came with it. So after a while of research we learned about magnesium glycinate and ever since she started taking it she said shes been sleeping so much better ! Definitely recommend

Product is as described. My nervous system feels much more calm, relaxed and I sleep better through the nights. Went with this brand since Double Wood was misleading with mg on labels and was a waste

LIFE SAVER!!!!! AH-MAZING!!!!
I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS MAGNESIUM! I have A LOT of back issues and insomnia. My doctors and chiropractors have been telling me how much Magnesium Glycinate would help me. I have tried them over the years and it has not really had any notable difference.But THIS ONE?!?!!??! This one is AH-MAZING!!! I do have to take a higher dose of 4 pills per night. But oh my goodness, I CAN SLEEP!!!! My pain is notably lessend, I feel more functional. My pain will never be gone but anything that helps it even a little bit, it’s worth it for me. But the biggest difference for me, is my sleep. I do take other things along with it, (no prescription drugs) but I do tend to wake up in the middle of the night if I don’t take this as well. I swear by this product and I recommend it to everyone I know any chance I get!

Muscle tension
This magnesium glycinate is high quality and easy on the stomach. I noticed better sleep and less muscle tension after using it consistently. The capsules are easy to take and feel well made. A bit pricey, but overall a solid and reliable supplement.
