Great-tasting amino acids with a nice energy boost
This supplement comes in a convenient container with a scoop inside. The taste is pleasant, and it’s easy to drink. I usually mix it in a 2-liter bottle of water, which becomes my daily supply.It contains caffeine, which gives a light, moderate energy boost – not as strong as a hardcore pre-workout, but just enough to feel refreshed. As always, Optimum Nutrition delivers top quality.I also mix it with creatine (also from Optimum Nutrition), and the combination works perfectly for me. Highly recommended.

I don’t drink soda or coffee, so sometimes to get me through the day I drink this. I miss the cotton candy flavor, but I do love the pineapple! It tastes kinda similar to Mt Dew without any carbonation. There have been times after drinking this that I’ve felt really exhilarated! It’s nice :)Edit: I’m leaving my review at 5 stars because I still really like this drink, but I wanted to add a possible disclaimer. I’m fairly confident this drink has been the source of some foot pain I’ve been having. I started drinking this brand in late 2021. It was around that same time, I started getting this occasional stabbing pain in the bottom of my foot. Over time, it got progressively worse. It would come and go and I had no idea what was going on. I found out I was pregnant in June 2024 and I stopped drinking it completely. The foot pain went away completely. I started drinking this again in May 2025 and my foot pain is back. Did a little research and I think this might be the possible cause. Maybe, maybe not. But I’m going to stop drinking it and hopefully my foot pain goes away.

This stuff is so good. I added it to my collagen, put it in a blender froth it up sometimes I add frozen strawberries. It makes like a creamy slushy. Taste great by itself gives me energy and mental clarity.

Taste is okay. Mixes good with shaker Bareable. The product itself works as advertised with no jitters but doesnt give me that energy boost i want.Reason i wont be buying again is everytime i drink it, my stomach hurts and have to run to the bathroom. Even if I have already used the bathroom.

This one is quite nice, tastes like a watermelon jolly rancher, before this i used the normal grape version but wanted something with an added hydration helper, i find the caffeine level of this product just right, its not a crazy amount and i don’t get the shakes or tingles like some other products give youthe only downside is this one is quite a bit more expensive compared to the normal version and its hard to justify that increase when not on a special time mark down
