These are strictly “deep winter” base layers. If you are active in temperatures above 40°F, you will likely overheat. However, for sub-freezing mornings, the brushed fleece lining provides incredible heat retention without the bulk of a traditional sweater.Warmth & Performance: I’ve used these throughout the Utah winter. They do an excellent job of “locking in” body heat. The moisture-wicking fabric is effective. I stay dry even during high-output activities, which is critical to preventing chills once you stop moving.Fit & Compression: I ordered my normal T-shirt size, and the compression is spot on. It’s tight enough to support muscles and fit under a second layer comfortably, but it doesn’t feel restrictive. Pro Tip: If you want a “base layer” feel, stick to your size. Thanks for offering these insulated thermal compression shirts, what a great value at 5 shirts for the price.The material is thick yet breathes well, as well as wick sweat well. They are very warm, perfect for wearing as a base layer.I am 5’8″ 165#, with an athletic build. I ordered the medium, and they fit snugly. If you are any heavier or have a belly, I would recommend going up a size or even two.They have held up to hard work and several washes. Yet they are nice enough to wear under a dress shirt if you are going to be in a colder environment.These came recommended by a coworker. I had noticed how nice they were and how comparable they were to the “U” brand but half the price.Even better, I caught them on sale. Thanks again, Amazon!

I’ve been wearing theseThermal Compression Shirts for a little while now, and I’m pretty happy with them. Here’s my thoughts:Comfort & FitThe shirts fit well. The large runs a little smaller, however not too tight, and they feel comfortable throughout the day and makes for a good under layer in the winter. I’ve worn them under other clothes and even for workouts, and they don’t feel restricting at all.The fabric isn’t that soft however I am good with the feel. After a few washes, they’ve held up pretty well so far. For five shirts at this price, it’s a really good deal. They work well, and you get a lot for your money.

Very nice shirts.
These shirts are awesome. Keep me warm on the golf course without bulking up. I’ve started wearing them whenever it’s cold outside. Very comfortable. I ordered up a size (to large) because I didn’t want a tight fit.

Comfortable layering option for Mountain Biking
I bought these as a first layer for when I’m out mountain biking. These are very warm and paired with a windproof jacket, can provide warmth while out. The inside is fleece lined and is very comfortable against the skin. The sizing is as advertised, but go with the recommended Amazon size. Will definitely buy again if I need it.

Great quality and functionality
Husband worked in a warehouse in freezing temperature and loves these to layer with. I would definitely recommend sticking true to size as these will fit snug. Sleeve length is perfect, inside of shirt is soft and feels like a second layer of skin. Would highly recommend!
