Great for CPAP users!
I use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea. This is the ideal sleep mask for CPAP users-the adjustable strap opens completely and allows me to put it on and off without disturbing my CPAP mask. It is light, and comfortable and completely blocks out light. There is a lot of space around d the eyes, so I can blink, open and close my eyes without pressure and without damaging my eyelashes. I love that you can customize the fit!

Comfortable, Unparalleled at Keeping Light Out . . . But Not Durable
I love how well the Bucky 40 Blinks fits, meaning it is lightweight, comfortable, and the best sleep mask I have ever used (and I swear by sleep masks) in terms of keeping out the light . . . but this is simply NOT a durable product.I’ve bought several of these over the years and while my hopes are always high, there always comes a day when the lining that protects your face from the foam of the mask delaminates, peels back, and comes apart. See the photos I’ve included with this review. I thought I remedied the problem (and good people at Bucky, if you are reading this, it IS a problem!) by sweet talking my wife into mending one of my blown out masks by sewing the lining in place (look closely in the pictures, which depict nearly $50 worth of purchases, and you’ll see this one) but the next problem with that mask was that the elastic band lost all of its zing.Other masks, though, just do not do as good a job of keeping the light out. The cup design of the Bucky is brilliant. When the mask is new, it feels great and is a joy to use, living up to its promise. I’m a sucker and will buy another one when my latest blows out (I just christened a new on this week, I give it five months), but since I am a devotee of a good sound sleep and feel that a mask helps me achieve this, I will definitely keep my eyes open (joke intended) for an alternative. Ordering three or four of these annually makes me feel like a dope, and that isn’t conducive to sleeping peacefully.I just wear the thing for sleep, too!Blown out Buckys are good to keep around in luggage, they’ll do in a pinch if you’ve gone on a trip and left the good one bedside at home. But, honestly, shouldn’t these be more durable?

Comfortable and does the job
I’ve had this for about three years now. It’s just now starting to fray slightly around the edges. It works great if you have eyelash extensions or if you want to be able to blink while wearing it. Stays in place all night and keeps all the light out. And you can’t beat the price.

Not bad for the price
For the price these are not a bad option. The strap is velcro, so it is comfortable and adjustable. The problem is that the strap does come very close to your ears and could be annoying. Obviously it depends where your ears are located in relation to your eyes. Some people will have a problem, and then again some won’t. When you tend to have a bad relationship between your ears and eyes the blackout is not complete and there are minor gaps. Now how is this for an observation: When your eyes are closed the problem is solved [LOL]. They are cuped so your eyes don’t rub against the material. The only way to solve the band / ear problem is to loosen the strap and rest them on top of your ear at such a point that it is not bothersome and it will then block out all the light. I found this to be the best option. Will I by them again? I have no idea. It seems that there is no perfect option per the ratings. So, for the price I am satisfied.
