Excellent Comfort, Support, and Performance for Daily Running
I’ve been using the Brooks Men’s Trace 4 Neutral Running Shoe for my daily runs and workouts, and it has exceeded every expectation. Perfect fit and very comfortable. This Trace 4 10.5 regular fit is much better than other brands I’ve tried and they feel very supportive on my 5’10” 180lb frame. Highly recommended.

These shoes are very comfortable indeed however as far as helping with my knee and hip pain, I cannot see any difference. They are cushy and comfortable, but for the price not so sure.
