Best Bang for your Buck
From my Daughter: “I have tried multiple different BCAA powders from all ranges of cost and quality and this one has the most value for the price and quality of the product itself. It’s a very fine powder not grainy so it mixes great inside a blender bottle. The flavor is light but still apparent, I mix small caffeine sticks with it most mornings before my workout to create a “pre-workout” and honestly the pineapple flavor goes with everything I have tried (blueberry, strawberry, pomegranate, black cherry, and limeade). It’s definitely effective in reducing soreness but you will still feel a little bit sore because that’s just how our bodies work. I have about one scoop left and will be reordering.”

I’m recovering
First off, this product claims to be vegan. Not disputing that, but completely missed that point when I purchased. I mentioned that as fair warning. I’m guessing due to being a vegan formula, the taste has been greatly affected. It’s not terrible but you won’t be impressed either. The flavor profile is rather weak/faint. You can taste flavor but compared to others that aren’t a vegan formula, this is not the most flavorful. It’s also artificial favoring, so kinda odd it’s not that strong on taste. It’s decent, but I’m not sure I’ve recovered as well with this product as I have with others in the past. Overall I think it’s a decent product and for the price I would probably try again.

“I had read reviews about the BCAA beforehand, and noticed some people were concerned about the flavor of the product, which I believe is vegan or plant-based. However, to my surprise, it tastes really good. Additionally, it doesn’t clump up if you shake it well. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it. It’s important to find a flavor that suits your individual preferences, as everyone’s palate is different. Personally, I enjoy experimenting with different flavors and have tried incorporating many plant-based products into my diet. Perhaps this familiarity with alternative flavors has contributed to me finding this product so enjoyable. In my opinion, those who describe the flavor as unpleasant may be mistaken, as to me, it tastes like a refreshing juice.”

The powder is fine and soft which causes it to blend really well in room temperature water. Not sure about cold water. The flavor is awful. I got watermelon 🍉. It tastes like watermelon while drinking it but leaves a medicine like after taste. The container is large/medium in size but is only half full. Shop for ounces, not for container size. Not sure yet of it’s effectiveness. Today is my first day trying it.

Tastes delicious and it works
I cannot believe the cheap price for a product that actually does help with recovery after weightlifting. I recommend this post workout. It mixes up great and it is delicious. I got the grape flavor. I now have this as an auto-renewal due to liking it so much!

It works well
I’ve been using this product for about a month now. I lift heavy weights and experience muscle soreness somewhat frequently. Gave this a try to help with that and I’m happy to report that it works very well. I am vegan and so getting that extra leucine after a workout can be tricky. Particularly if I’ve worked hard and am not that hungry. This powder makes it easy to take in and it gives me an extra boost of energy and helps to focus the mind.This mixes well in a shaker bottle It is a very fine powder, no clumps. The taste is light but I find that enjoyable personally.

Sadly it tastes everything but pineapple. Couldn’t enjoy it at all
