They work until they don’t, just like all fitbit chargers
Oh, you made the mistake of buying a fitbit? Join the club. Now that you’re here with the rest of us in Regret Club, you might as well stock up on these. You’re gonna need a lot of them. The problem isn’t the build quality (although I’ve seen these things fall apart), it’s that the basic Fitbit-engineered design of charging your watch using exposed tiny spring-loaded pins that are supposed to contact your filthy watch is a guaranteed recipe for failure. Eventually these pins suck enough dust and other junk into themselves that they no longer spring out, or the junk that gets sucked into the pin-pad blocks electrical contact no matter how clean the pin or watch are. At that point, the charging cable is a goner and you’re on to the next one. Buy lots, you’re going to need them, at least until you upgrade to a real watch with wireless charging. Of course, this will be only one thing you’re going to learn to hate about your fitbit (HR errors, poor battery, touchscreen gremlins, limited functions, voice recognition that never works, etc), but that’s not this 3rd-party cable’s fault.

This charger works amazing! It charged my FitBit very fast! Very easy to use, the cord length was sufficient to my needs. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new cord!

Its good for quite a while
It works decent for awhile but then they start not being able to connect correctly and then you have to do a lot of trying to make it work, its a decent price for it and like I said it works great for a while at lest about a year and starts to be a little hard to connect, Im about to purchase another pack as mine is starting to wear out.

Care when not in use
Purchased my set 2 years ago. Just started having problems with a pin on one of them. As with any pin type chargers you just need to be careful on how you store them when not in use. I hang mine up so nothing can crush the pins.

Fried my brand new Versa 3 Fitbit
Despite all the great reviews, I would have given this set of chargers a zero ratings if it were possible given the fact that it was defective. I had forgotten my charger for my new Versa 3 Fitbit while on vacation just a few weeks ago. After reading all the great reviews and it’s compatibility, I ordered it promptly.Worst mistake I ever made. After placing my Fitbit on the longer length charger, it got really hot within 2 minutes. I disconnected it from the power source and found I could not separate it from my Fitbit. Once it cooled down a bit, it came off but the charged fused onto the back of the Fitbit and now it no longer works. I’m sure it got fried and it’s pretty devastating for me as this was a recent birthday gift. Do not waste your money or take a risk in ruining a fully operational Fitbit like I have. A very dissatisfied customer.:(

It works ok but not for long
I purchased two of these for a trip so as not to risk loss of my only charger. I tested them and they worked so I thought this was great and left a 4 star rating. Like others, I’ve often had it say it’s slow charging but I can usually attach and disconnect a few times and get it to charge normally but not always. Within a week, the first one had one of the 4 pins slide down into the charger, making it useless. I was able to get a needle nose and pull it back up a bit but touching it lightly pushed it right back in. I thought maybe it had been crushed during travel so I chalked it up to my fault. However, the second one did the same thing within a few weeks. I’ve ordered another generic free set of these and had the same problem. The original FitBit charger has done this as well though it took a lot longer to occur.Long story short, these are cheaply made but are cheap and a necessity so always get at least two so you have time to order more when they fail because they will fail. Even with this poor review I’m currently ordering two more as I’m on my last one and it appears from my purchase history that the price I pay for these doesn’t change the lifetime of the charger.

Great charging cables for my Fitbit Sense 2
These are the best cables I’ve found to charge my watch. The problem with these chargers are the charging pins drop and then no longer charge so they have to be replaced frequently.
