Very nice mat! I like the thickness and the width. So much better for floor exercise than a standard yoga mat. And the extra thickness is quite comfy!

Very comfortable on hard floors
I absolutely love this mat! I wanted something wider and thicker than a standard mat and this one is perfect. I wanted something wide enough so my hands weren’t off or partially off the mat when doing pushups and didn’t want my hands or feet partially off the mat when doing different yoga moves and poses. That just feels weird to me. This mat’s extra 8 inches of width is perfect. There are mats as wide as 48 inches, but I think that’s too wide to be practical. The extra thickness of the mat is what REALLY makes a difference. A typical mat is about a quarter inch thick, but this one a little over half an inch thick. That doesn’t seem like a lot, but the high quality and density of the material it makes a huge difference when doing floor exercises like crunches and sit-ups on a hard floor. I don’t have carpet anywhere in my house, so a typical quarter inch mat doesn’t offer much comfort when doing sit-ups, for example. This mat makes it very comfortable to do any floor exercise. I am so impressed with it that I recently bought one for my brother who is an avid fitness enthusiast and has high expectations for his workout equipment.

Great mat, terrible smell
One of the comfiest mats I’ve ever used, but it came with a terrible industrial smell that is not going away. I’ve aired it out and wiped it down, but the smell is lingering. If you have pets in the home I would advise not letting them near it.

Nice mat! 225 lbs / 6 ft – size works out great for me. Sift, spongy and grippy without a bad smell. Good travel bag for the mat is included. Would buy again!

Ottimo tappetino, le dimensioni sono utili per poter svolgere ogni tipo di workout. Lo spessore permette di non far sentire rumori al vicino sotto e non è eccessivo cosi da evitare l’effetto materasso. Arrivato perfetto e l’odore non era nulla di che, svanito dopo pochi minuti. Tra tante soluzioni e centinaia di recensioni ho voluto optare per questa e non me ne sono pentito. Arrivato un giorno prima del previsto.
