The slotted side of the counterweight sheet should face the center of the dumbbell; the counterweight sheet is evenly distributed on both sides of the dumbbell.
Safety Instruction

7. Do not turn the weight selection dial when the dumbbell or handle is lifted from the dumbbell tray.
8. When choosing the weight adjustment, the dumbbell group can only be lifted when the clear card position”sound” of each segment is heard and the handle is parallel to the corresponding scale indication mark.

Very convenient, compact and functional
These weights are AMAZING. Perfect for doing dropsets – very easy to toggle between different weights for back-to-back sets. They are compact and take up little space – the 2-25 lb range is perfect for me at my current stage, I can use very low weight but also have room for improvement. Highly recommend

Should have gotten the heavier one’s lol. Just couldnt wait and these are what I could afford. They work well. I have multiple dumbells but only 1 place I need to store them. Space saver for sure!

Great Dumbbells Love them
Just got these today and I know its early to review. But I really like these so far. These will replace 5 or 6 set of dumbbells and make a lot of room for other stuff. Its easy to change the weight settings. It will be nice to use one pair for all these different weight sizes. I like them and for the money so far they are worth the cost. Enjoy!!

Decent and convenient for the price
I got the square set that goes up to 55lbs. For the price, it’s not bad. I get simple workouts done at home. I’m also glad I don’t have to worry about buying multiple sets of weights, so this adjustable set is convenient for space and saving money.I’ve only used it a handful of times, but I’m worried that the adjustable feature will deteriorate overtime, but that remains to be seen. The adjustable feature is also not 100% smooth switching between weights, but it’s not difficult to move or getting stuck. It is difficult to see the numbers so I might have to color over them. I also don’t like that it doesn’t come with a dumbbell stand because I don’t like having to squat down to get it especially when it’s at the max weight.

Increments of 2.5lbs!!!
Perfect t set of dumbbells. I got these 25 lbs and I love that the increments go by 2.5lbs. That makes it so much easier to challenge your self to next weight.They are sturdy and very easy and fast to change the weights. I had no issues so far and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Should have gone adjustable years ago
Great addition. Convenient to keep handy without taking up space and allowing simple adjustment for ladder sets. Encourages me to do some extra shoulder work when I would otherwise be watching tv. Adjustment easy. Locking so far without issue. So much simpler and more motivating than having to drag out then re-rack multiple sets. No excuses when tired in the evening.
