Update – Fixed: Three 15lb bands and only one 30lb band.
Update:The supplier sent me a 30lb band attached to pulleys. In less than 15 minutes I was able to install the new band (including gathering supplies and putting things away). The new bands are different than the original xfactor. They are not as stretchable so I need to change how I exercise with them. Still seems like a quality product. Minus one start for needing to do repairs on a new item.Previous:Owned one for years and in time, the plastic started breaking. Time for a new one. The new one is missing the 30lb band and has a 15 lb band in its place.

Happy with it.
I was upset at first because the straight bar wasn’t listed on the box. I finally opened up the inner boxes labeled L and R,and found each half of the straight bar to be put together. Sorry about that,seller. I was b***hing too soon. It fits great on my bathroom door,so I’m going to be able to use it. I mainly got it to do chest flies,but I think it’s going to be even more useful that that. Is a birthday present to myself. Love it!

Great but noisy
Functions well. The biggest issue is that it’s very loud. The foam hand grips make such a loud noise when using it that it can be heard on the floor beneath me in my house. Also, it arrive with two of the bands twisted together and I had to take it apart to fix it which was a pain. Other than those things, it’s great

This is the second time we have bought this item. We purchased it over 10 years ago and used it regularly in our gym. One of the rubber bands recently broke. We had to buy it again. Can’t be without this unit. Love it!
