Great support and pain relief!
I have scapholunate dissociation and arthrosis. This really helps support wrist and hand. I have honestly tried many other wrist supports, and this one works the best for me. Been using this brand over the last 10 years. A little pricey, but worth it for the pain relief. I can even still go to the gym and curl free weights with my condition.

Comfortable, not bulky, great for wrist support to combat ulnar wrist pain
Recommended to me by my orthopedic due to a TPCC issue (ulnar wrist pain). Really helpful for my wrist, I have noticed a very positive response and far less pain. I coupled this with a cortisone shot and my wrist is feeling so much better. I also love that this product is not bulky and easy to take on and put off. Very comfortable. Highly recommended

Works well, but did not last very long, but customer support was great
Pleased with how much this alleviates pain while lifting/climbing. But even after just a couple months of wearing it a few times a week, it’s already getting ready to pull itself apart. Edit: deleted the rest of my review and am replacing it with the fact that I reached out to customer support who immediately sent me a new one. So, very pleased with that

A Great Piece of Equipment
I tore my TFCC about 12 years ago. I was in a lot of pain and was desperate for some relief. I came across the Wrist Widget and gave it a try. I was disappointed because I thought it had no effect. I even called out to Hawaii and spoke to Wendy Medieros, the inventor. After a couple of years, I grew to understand the injury a bit more and it eventually it became a non issue. Until a couple of months ago.For some reason, my wrist again became an issue again a few months ago. I figured,”What do I have to lose?, and bought another one. I put it on and I was astounded. The relief was instant. The product did not change. Possibly, because the injury was older, more mature and there wasn’t as much swelling, but it didn’t matter. I put it on and the issues, the discomfort, etc. was gone immediately. My wife dug out the old one and now I have 2, one to work out and get sweaty in and one to wear for everyday life. It’s been about 6 weeks and I am finally comfortable enough to take it off. The issues are greatly reduced and I can go about my daily life without it. But, I am keeping it available in case I get another flare up.I can’t say enough good things about the Wrist Widget.

Didn’t Do a Thing
After months of dealing with persistent hand & finger pain, I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. After X-rays and an examination he recommended that I try this “widget”. He felt it would help.I wore this all day for a couple of weeks. It did nothing. As others have noted, the instructions are worthless. Even the short YouTube instructional video doesn’t bother to tell you how tight to make the straps or what you’re supposed to feel while wearing it.I’m happy other reviewers have benefited from this product, but it did absolutely nothing for me.**UPDATE – – FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!**Although this product didn’t help with my hand/wrist pain, 5 STARS to the seller of this item! Their product support is fantastic. I was not looking for a refund nor did I really want one. IMO, I took a chance that the product would work for me. It didn’t. But, that’s not the sellers fault. However… within a couple of days of my review, the seller reached out to me with an offer to help and also refunded my purchase price without me even requesting it.Hard to find companies that do business like this anymore. I’d definitely buy from them again should there be a product that suits my needs.

Slips out of position regularly
I purchased and returned this item. My original review: This doesn’t work for small wrists. It slips into an incorrect position. Tightening the straps more would be painful. My wrist is 15cm, which is one cm more than the product details indicates as the minimum circumference. Nope! I tried wearing this for maybe an hour or less. The straps were plenty tight (photo 1), yet the device kept slipping to rest on top of the ulna (photo 2). I kept repositioning the device so the ulna was between the straps, but it never stayed put. Plus, this device is not at all comfortable on my wrist. It did not feel soft on my skin. If you have a small wrist, don’t buy this product.Yesterday I met with my hand/wrist OT for my TFCC pain. She told me that this wrist band *always* slips, regardless of wrist size. It’s intended to give you pain relief while still allowing you range of motion. I don’t regret returning this band because it really did feel rough against my skin. My OT keeps samples in her office of this wrist band and the Bullseye Wrist Brace for Ulnar Sided Wrist Pain, TFCC Tear….. for patients to try on. I tried the Bullseye wrist band and to me, it’s much preferable to the WristWidget. Only one strap to adjust, seems to be strong velcro, and comfortable. The ring is not hard plastic; it’s like silicone, so pliable.

Small but mighty
This brace was recommended by my wrist surgeon for a ligament tear in my wrist that took months to heal. I wore it for a month after she recommended it and as simple as it looks, it really did help to reduce discomfort and provide support to my wrist. It looked pretty ratty by the end of the month, but it worked. I really liked that it was not bulky, comfortable, and hardly noticeable.

Compact way to address needed support, works well with long sleeve clothing!
Sure is much easier to wear with long sleeve shirts, jackets, etc.! So far, very nice support too! 🙂

My hand physio recommended the wrist widget after a TFCC sprain from Pickleball. The brace made the pain subside right away and gives my wrist stability so I can still do most movements I normally would. I feel I’m getting better at an alarming rate, due to the WW keeping the joints/bones in place. I’m gradually returning to Pickleball and feel wearing this is able to help me play lightly while still recovering. Truly an amazing little strap. Ordered a second one right away.

The brace itself does the job. It looks simple but it helps a lot on RFCC
