Very inaccurate and both hardware and software are badly designed
After testing this nightly for a week, I can say that this pulse oximeter/sleep monitor is highly inaccurate and falls short in every aspect. This seems like an unfinished and untested product from decades ago that someone just decided to put out in its broken state hoping to con people who don’t know any better.I have sleep apnea and have a device to monitor it. I know for certain that I have had many apnea events during the times that this product says I’ve had none. I also know that my SpO2 is significantly lower at night than this product says it is. Even the sleep stages it reports are way off. It consistently says I have multiple hours more deep sleep each night than I had. Of course, it doesn’t even track REM sleep at all. Anyone looking at the reports from this product would never know I had apnea or any breathing problems. My reports from my real monitoring device look like they came from an entirely different person. Then there is the terribly written software and the outdated badly designed watch. The watch settings UI is straight from the 1990s. The phone app software makes you unnecessarily jump through hoops and click on things repeatedly when it is totally unnecessary. It also glitches quite a lot. Then there is the sensor, which is disposable. They only give you two sensors and I’ve looked all over the associated websites and there is no way to purchase more sensors. So when you use up these two sensors, your entire oximeter becomes useless and disposable too. The package says the sensor is supposed to last 3 years, which is laughable. After one week of nightly use, my first sensor is already coming apart. Maybe unused and unopened in the packaging it would last 3 years.Generating the report from the watch after sleeping, which should just entail hitting a button, instead requires you to first disconnect the cable from the watch, then power the watch off, then power the watch on, then scan a QR code, then hope it finishes downloading the data before disconnecting. It then erases the data, so if it didn’t work, you’re out of luck. As a software developer myself, I have to say, this is beyond ridiculous. There is a lot more wrong with this product that I could write, but most people have probably stopped reading by now. It is absolutely not to be trusted and is a terrible value, not only at the $130 price it was when I ordered it, but it is even a terrible value at the discounted rate I am paying for it. I’m going to be paying about $50 in taxes on this product, and it is a complete waste of my money. This isn’t worth any more than any of the under $10 oximeters you can get. The most you can use it for is getting your oxygen level when you are awake like any of the cheap finger oximeters. It is worthless as a sleep oximeter or monitor.

Extremely Useful Reports – A Must-Have for Health Management
The standout feature of this oximeter is its accompanying app and sleep report! The report is detailed and easy to understand, featuring clear charts that show trends in my blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate over days, weeks, or months. Additionally, it includes the number of apneas during my sleep cycle. When I shared this report with my doctor during my last check-up, they praised the comprehensive data – it has helped us adjust my sleep treatment plan. Being able to track changes over time gives me peace of mind, which is invaluable for managing my chronic disease. This is not just a monitor, but a tool that helps me take control of my own health.

    User-Friendly APP
I was initially worried that this app would be complicated, but in reality, it’s one of the simplest health apps I’ve ever used!I quickly found this app in the app store.According to the operation guide, I added my personal information, opened the app, scanned the QR code on the oximeter interface to upload the previous sleep report, and then I could view the complete sleep analysis report on the app. It’s really convenient.Note that it needs to be worn for at least 30 minutes to generate a sleep report

    Accurate Readings You Can Trust
As someone with respiratory concerns, I need a reliable way to check my oxygen levels at home. I’ve compared the readings from this device with the one at my doctor’s office on two separate visits, and the results were spot-on. It gives me real peace of mind to know I can trust the data it provides. The low O2 alarm is a fantastic safety feature that lets me sleep more soundly. It feels like a professional-grade device that’s been made for everyday home use.

Super Easy to Use – Perfect for Daily & Sleep Monitoring
This Pepultech pulse oximeter is truly user-friendly and has left a deep impression on me! It is lightweight and portable, fitting comfortably on my wrist, and can be turned on with just one button, eliminating the need for complex settings. Even my elderly mother can easily operate it. The rechargeable design is an added bonus (no more batteries to buy!), and it can last for several days under normal use. Whether used during exercise or tracking sleep at night, it is easy to operate and reliable in performance. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a simple and effective way to monitor blood oxygen and pulse rate!
