Easy to put on, gives support, snug fit and comfortable. I really like this wrist wrap it supports my wrist and thumb as I have tendonitis. I’m ordering another set to give to a friend.

Don’t move the gravel on your own
So I moved two tons of gravel (over 5000 pounds) of gravel on my own because I’m stubborn and don’t ask for help and didn’t feel like waiting for my boyfriend to help me….and apparently I’m also cheap because I didn’t want to hire anyone to do it for me. I ended up with pain in my wrists, back, neck, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, I had other rock to move later in the week and figured I better order these wrists supports. At first the thumb hole was a little off, but after sort of just adjusting, I was able to get them in a place where it was comfortable. The velcro on/off make putting these on a breeze. They are not made to be super stiff, but just enough to help me brace my wrists and remind me to do so.I also wore these when I rode my motorcycle. My clutch side wrist gets sore during a long ride because I feel like motorcycle hand spans are made for men, so I find myself holding my wrist at an awkward angle to compensate. These braces give just enough support to remind me to hold my wrist in a better position and soothes the soreness.

Excellent wrist band
The band is light weight and not bulky like most others while having superior support. Strong Velcro grip is excellent.

Great for the price
These offer fantastic support and are easy to adjust. I wear one while typing and the other overnight — both help reduce wrist strain and discomfort. They’re lightweight, breathable, and stay in place without slipping.

L&R are the same, tight fitting
They are both the same. No left and right. Just have to wrap in opposite directions to use. I find them to be very tight, but have helped with my CTS.

This is a cheap knock off, and I would not recommend anyone buying the shirt. –
No real issues
Takes a bit of getting used to. You should not make it overly tight. On long ride you may want to consider taking it off at some point when relaxing otherwise I’m happy with this purchase.

I HAVE PAIN WHEN TYPING ON KEYBOARD, AND THIS STRAP HAS REALLY SUPPORTED MY WRISTS FROM PAINFUL MOVEMENTS. I TAKE THEM OFF ONCE AM DONE WITH TYPING. I TOTALLY RECOMEND.
