Highly Recommend! Increased protein and decreased hair loss!
I started adding this supplement to my morning coffee (hot coffee) a few months ago and am loving it! I was meeting with my dietician, discussing hair loss and daily protein goals. My breakfasts I was eating on work days were lacking protein and collagen could help with the hair so I tried it out. It dissolves so well and quickly. Completely tasteless. I add two tbsp to each cup of coffee for a full serving of 4tbsp. I find that the amount of hair I’m losing is less. Even if this has nothing to do with the hair, at least I’m able to boost my protein intake up a little bit! Highly recommend.
