I loved this ab roller, it is well made and stable when using, unlike some of the cheaper ones. It gives a great ab workout & I loved using it. But I had to stop using it after my total knee replacement last year so I guess I will sell it or give it away.

A Solid Ab Roller with Great Stability
I gave this ab roller 5 stars because it’s a very good product for its price point and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It’s well-made and the extra-wide wheel provides excellent stability, which is a big advantage for anyone just starting out. It rolls smoothly and easily across my carpet and it is effective at isolating the abs muscles as well as arm and lower back and sides.The included exercise sheet with routines and a schedule is a thoughtful addition that could be very helpful for beginners, even though I had my own routine already. I’ve been using it every other day and have confidence that it will hold up well.My only critiques are minor. The metal rod inside is hollow, and I did notice a very slight bit of flex during use. Additionally, the design of these rollers at this price point, where the steel rod rubs directly on the plastic wheel, means there will be some wear and tear over time. For continuous, long-term use, I would eventually look to upgrade to a more robust model with steel roller bearings to ensure greater durability.

Wish it was cheaper, but it gets the job done.
Decent for the price, gets the job done. It is stable and rolls well, the padding is worthless though. Padding is a tiny rectangle, and offers very little cushion but it will help if you are on a harder surface. The work out poster is a nice addition to have some exercises using the wheel to add to your routine.
