Easy to take and no after taste
I work in a basement all day with no windows so I started to use this at my doctors recommendation. I take it everyday with my multivitamin. It is so small and easy to take with no after taste.

Great vitamin D
I work the night shift in a snowy area so I don’t see the sun often! I realized I wasn’t sleeping well, I was irritable and noticed more hair shedding than usual. My doctor advised taking this brand of Vit D.These capsules are very small so they’re easy to swallow which I really appreciate. They come with a 2 month supply which is a good value for the money.I made the mistake of taking my first on an empty stomach which gave me a stomach ache/nausea feeling for about an hour afterwards. The next day I ate breakfast and let my stomachs settle first before taking which seemed to help a lot! Still some bouts of nausea, it’s really hit or miss.After a few weeks of taking these my hair shedding is back to normal. I am sleeping much better and not nearly as irritable as before!Just be cautious of taking without eating something first but they do work!

It works for this perimenopause woman
I got this because i have abnormal vit D results on my well check up. I think it works because i feel more energized than before at work. I usually feel crashed right around 2-3 pm and have no energy to do anything after i get home but since I’ve been taking this I feel great even after 9hr work day and in my perimenopause phase. I don’t work out or do any physical activities but decided to try this supplement after reading the reviews. I will do an update after my next physical report.
