I have stretches where I get painful leg cramps that wake me. Using this twice a day reduces those. When they seem to subside for a time and I don’t use this the contents lose their ability to foam very well and gets more of a liquid state.

Really Works…go Figure
I do not usually give 5 star reviews or gush so much about a product. Also I have received nothing for making this review from the seller. Ok, I bought this product out of desperation, I was very skeptical of the claims made for it. I expected to be out the money for it, but it does work! I have suffered from leg cramps off and on for many years. I have tried other remedies like taking potassium and magnesium supplements. The potassium offered no relief, but the magnesium worked some of the time. The problem is that I did not want to take supplements every day not knowing what side effects they may cause. I had to take them every day because even if there were no instances of cramps if I failed to take them the cramps would come back sooner or later. Also, it takes days for the supplements to work and is not 100% effective when taken. I didn’t believe a spray on, topical treatment was going to work, but all I had to lose was the price. Not only is the spray fast but it is effective. I have also discovered that one treatment will last more than one day. My cramps are mainly in the lower leg (calf and feet) but on rare occasions in rear of the thigh. These wake me up with a aching stiff leg, frozen in position. Once I am up and have walked it off they can come back several more times with little notice. Now I spray the Theraworx on at the first sign of a cramp and have no recurrence for the night or the next day. The cramps in my thigh muscle (quadriceps) occur when I working in a kneeling position during the day. A quick treatment of Theraworx ends that problem.

This comes in quite fiddly bottle with pump action which is a bit awkward if you’re trying to spray your muscles in your calves or back of your shoulder, it’s worth the effort as it really helps with pain relief and reduces stiffness and it dries fast and no sticky residue.
