Reasonably priced and seems well made. I purchased the 20 pound kettlebell and use it daily.Arrived in a really beat up box with a scuff that I wiped off. Imagine this item is hard to ship.

Well made and great for aerobic arm moves
This is my small one for arm moves that can not be done with larger kettlebells.I was worried that the vinyl coating might pose a chewing risk for our ferrets but it is tightly bonded and of no interest for them.The shade is a lovely one that is slightly more purple than orchid.There was no rust. There were no nicks. There are no sharp areas. Basically, it is well made, small, and marvelous for arm moves.For those not used to lifting or kettlebells it will also work for kettlebells swings.Because kettlebells are freeweights there is a greater risk of injury from bad form than there is with good weights machines, so learn the form for your moves first, and start out small in weight. Never throw a weight. Stay with good form, protect your back with good posture and joints by keeping your form right, and move weights SLOWLY if you do not yet automatically use good form or if the weight is high. You can always work up the rack if a given weight is not challenging, then down the rack in weight to cool down. That is much safer. Kettlebells are wonderful, just use them safely.

Nice kettle bell
Nothing to complain about with this weight. It does exactly what it should…which is to be heavy. The entire body of the weight is made of cast iron, and the lower section is coated in plastic dip. You could go out and buy one of the more expensive ‘name brand’ weights, but this one is the exact same thing for less money. I am sure this one will last many years to come. The handle portion is comfortable and has no rough spots or ridges. It seems like the manufacturer took some time to sand or polish the surface to make it more friendly to your hands.

Clearly a return
These are great for the price. The only reason I removed one star is because it was clearly a return because of the marks on them. Amazon is getting bad about that, but otherwise they are great. I didn’t buy them for their appearance.

I purchased the Sunny Health & Fitness Vinyl Coated Kettleball for my spouse to use during her workout. While 5 lbs does not seem like much, the kettleball provides a decent workout. The important thing is squatting and arm swings to get max benefit.I was concerned after reading other reviews but the Sunny Health & Fitness Vinyl Coated Kettleball is well made. The handle is smooth and the vinyl coating is a nice. There is no un-even-ness, bulging, or metal sticking out.
