I’ve noticed better digestion and less bloating since starting these probiotics, which is great. The only downside is that the container could be smaller for the amount of capsules inside, as it feels like a lot of wasted space. Still, the results are positive, and I would consider buying again.

Honestly I’ve only taken it for maybe 4 days now and I’ve already seen improvements in my gut health and digestive system as digestive issues run in my mother’s side of the family and I just started developing those dear issues lol.
