Before purchasing, ensure your door frame width is between 29.5-37 inches (75 to 94 cm). This chin up bar is not suitable for frames outside this range. The door frame must be wider than the anti-slip pads at both ends of the bar
To ensure safety, the manual specifies a maximum load of 297 lbs (135 kg). Testing shows the product can handle up to 744 lbs (337.5 kg) of instantaneous load, meeting a 2.5x safety factor. However, the pull up bar’s capacity also depends on the usage environment. Users should strictly adhere to the 135 kg limit
No Drilling, No Traces: The pull-up bar uses innovative fixative technology to stay in place. It features two large 6.5 x 1.8-inch PVC mats for added friction and stability. Four metal fixed points connect the base and bar, ensuring a secure, fall-proof design even under heavy loads
Heavy Duty Construction: Our Pull Up Bar supports up to 440 lbs (200 kg) with its 2 mm outer and 1.5 mm inner steel pipes. This pull-up bar built to last without deforming or breaking, ensuring durability for your home gym. Note: Longer use distances may reduce the load of chin-up bar
Upgraded Mechanic Lock System: This push-up bar features a new 360-degree rotatable dual gear lock on both ends to protect the bar from loosening. The doorway exercise bar has passed extensive testing, ensuring safety and sturdiness for confident use
Easy Installation: Install quickly with detailed instructions, a video guide, and arrow markers on the chin-up bar. Spirit levels on both ends ensure correct setup. Ensure your doorway or wall is solid; avoid ceramic tiles, glass or non-solid doorframe. Note: Verify the marked rotation direction; reversing it may cause locking
Integrated, Extensible Structure: Unlike most 2-section foam bars, this doorway pull up bar features an ultra long, integrated anti-slip cotton handlebar for a flexible grip. It’s sweat-resistant, odorless, and durable. Twist the bar to adjust its length from 29.5 to 37 inches (75 to 94 cm) for various workouts like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups, stretching and more

    Looks Good and Relieable
Let me tell you, it’s been a game-changer. I bought this for me to learn how to do pull ups and improve my grip strength but my brother were interested in it as well. My brothers are on the bigger side –between 250 to 325 pounds, and they’ve been able to do pull-ups and hang on it until they’re arms give out, basically anything you can do with a bolted/ pull up bar, without any issues. It looks really slick. Fits right under the door frame, which is super convenient, but if you’re tall like my brothers, be prepared to get cozy with the ceiling when you get up. It’s a small trade-off considering how solidly built and affordable this thing is.The quality is outstanding. Its sturdy as heck, even when my brothers are really going at it to test it before hanging on it (who wouldn’t) it didn’t budge at all. Installation was a breeze after I picked the instructions out of the trash like I always do. No tools or expertise to get it up securely.Honestly, for the price, this pull-up bar feels like a steal. Perfect for anyone who needs something reliable for home workouts, especially if you’ve got bigger folks in the mix.

    Solid!
Man is this thing solid! Premium feel out the box. Setup took less than 5 minutes. Grip is solid! I have not been this satisfied with a purchase in a while. I want another for my office.

    Every home should have one
Amazing! I cannot believe how good this product is. It look a few minutes to understand how to set it up, and I was hesitant when doing the first few pull ups because I thought I might fall if I hadn’t installed it properly. But everything worked well. You can tell from the build quality and the weight that it is sturdy. The foam grips make it comfortable and it just work exactly as described. I love it. Incredible value for money.

  4. Dressi

Does the job well, holds up, wish it just adjusted a bit easier
I wish it was easier to get it to cling and move about. I like to use different heights for different calisthenic exercises, and it works great for those positions. It’s wide enough that it fits an opening that has no door stop or trim, and the sides are load bearing and structural, so I’m not afraid of breaking something. But it does make the frame groan a bit if I tighten it too much.It can take my weight and even me standing on it and jumping a bit. So far, I expect it to hold up well and I trust it. I also expect to have to clean the frame every now and then to keep it smooth as well as the surface of the grip, all to keep the friction up. It hasn’t left any marks yet and I’ve not managed to get it to fail without loosening it. While it takes some time to adjust to different heights, it’s easier to use, can travel with me and definitely stores easier than a pull up stand.

Best of the type without screws
If you read the reviews for this type bar they all contain some horror stories about coming away with injury. I was using an (AhfuLife Pull Up Bar, No Screws Chin Up Bar) without incident but when my daughter wanted one I did some research to find the safest possible. The Sportneer with the longer contact pads and cantilever action that locks in on a pull down gave me more confidence – so I bought one for both myself and my daughter. You still have to be careful but this one has the best chance not to let go. Follow instructions and check the tension occasionally to ensure it is secure. It is somewhat dependent upon your door frame structure. If you have any doubt purchase the type that screws in the support brackets so you don’t end up writing a review that scares everyone off this well constructed product.

Stable, Easy to Install, and Perfect for Wide Doorways
I first bought a different pull-up bar, but my doorway is wide and the door frame is thick, so I couldn’t mount it properly. This bar solved all of those issues immediately and works great. Installation was very easy, and the two leveling bubbles on each side make sure you get it right the first time.We use it every day. It’s stable, well-designed, and feels completely secure. I’m 185 lbs and never feel like I’m going to fall or that the bar is going to come loose. Excellent product—highly recommend.

Sportneer Pull Up Bar: Strength Training Great for Hanging and Stretch
I really love this. Have it up between door where I enter multiple times a day and always stop and hang from it. I read all the reviews, and I have no problem so far with it, installed it myself, I find it sturdy, safe, it is a pull up bar but utilizing it as a hanging device for now so it is way up top of door. So far it has not slipped, secure locking device that can be adjusted for your door. I use only on door, just inside not on drywall, it will put a hole in drywall because of the pressure I guess, at least that is what others said in reviews, please read all the reviews and form your own opinion, Most Recent and Verified purchase only. That will assist you in your decision for sure.I am happy with this purchase as it will help me stay fit!

  9. Kim Wall

I was a bit hesitant when I first purchased the Sportneer Pull Up Bar, but it’s turned out to be excellent. It’s incredibly stable—I’ve never had to readjust it, even after regular use. The installation was straightforward, and the built-in level made it easy to get everything aligned properly. One important tip: be careful not to over-tighten it. If you crank it too hard, it can stress the door frame and potentially cause damage at the joint. As long as you follow the instructions and tighten it just enough, it holds securely without any issues.Overall, it’s a solid piece of equipment that’s perfect for home workouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, no-screw pull-up bar that actually stays put.

  10. Zahoor Ahmed

Installed the pull-up bar on an aluminium framed door and it holds really well. One minor negative is that due to its variable width, wide grip pull-up fall outside the main body and on thin extension tubes which make it less comfortable experience.

Works perfectly, my son is very happy with it.

Recomendo.
