It works and it is worth it.
My wife and I bought the item as a birthday gift for a friend who deals with a lot of pain and soreness. He told me today that he and his wife both love the device and the heat, cold, and massage functions. In fact they demonstrated it for several people from their church and four of them took out their phones and placed orders for the device. He is ecstatic at the way it eases pain.

$95 Device with No Plug — otherwise seems to work
Purchased this for an elderly relative who really appreciates it and finds that it works well. One star is because it is a $95 device that does not come with a plug! There is a USB cord, but you have to supply your own plug. Really?!? It was upsetting and confusing to my relative. Very disappointed!

Akekekeee if ykyk , no but all jokes aside it’s a great product I love the heat setting it helps get the knots out of deep tissue which helps with relief. It’s huge and kind of heavy . But super easy to use with a great case for easy travel.

Great overall, except for ball piece
The ball attachment is more of a styrofoam material, so it doesn’t slide as easily as preferred. All others work great.

I can’t recommend this gun more when compared to the theragun or hypervolt. Long story short, I was introduced to these style of therapy guns while on a deployment. A bunch of my friends had the full range of the competitors guns. Being on deployment, I had ample time to work out and eventually injur myself, leading me to borrow my friends’ guns just about every day, and I alternated with the different brands to find what I like and don’t like. Price factor removed, I would rate this just under the mid tier theragun, but well above the bottom tier thera gun or the hypervolt. But the slight advantage the thera gun has over this (I liked the triangle grip, and the heads slightly better) isn’t worth the 300 dollar difference in price. Plus it has the heating head. (The cooling is relatively ineffective like a cpu air cooling fan)I am a 30 year old 220 lb athletic dude, I was worried this gun wouldn’t be able to really get my muscles, just like some of the knock off brands I have tried. But this thing is great, I haven’t stalled it out yet, which I can’t say the same for the bottom tier theragun.

UPDATE: I discovered soot or some other dirt on the contacts between the hot/cold head and the unit. Once I cleaned that off, it has been working like new. The overheat sensor must have been affected by the presence of the soot.I loved it for the first 2 months. then it started to shut off automatically after less than a minute. It is fully charged. I was travelling with for another month and found the problem got worse. No it stays on for a few seconds only!In the help info it mentions adjusting the auto-shutoff setting, but I don’t see such a button my massager. I’m sad that I can not replace it, because I loved it so much
