Be patient when initially charging. Use a fast charging plug in brick for more power.
This is a great price for such a revolutionary watch. I recently upgraded to the 8 Classic and was going to give my older and used 4 Classic to my son. But when I saw the price of this new one, I had to get it for him. The only thing is that these watches arrive DOA, meaning that there’s absolutely no charge to even turn it on. When I put it on the charger, there were no signs of life. I then decided to insert the end of the charger into a brick plug rather than charging from a USB port for more power. After 30 minutes , the charging lightning bolt appeared and I was in business. A day later, I bought my daughter one and the process was the same. I’ve deduced that these older model watches have been sitting on the shelf for some years now , and it takes more time and patience to bring them back to life. Once they’re charged, you’ll see that they are fantastic watches that will last and not disappoint. I still use my 4 classic as a backup.

First watch I received I had a bad battery and/or charge port not Amazon’s fault, it was still in the package from Sony probably not their fault either these things happen.Second watch I received was perfect condition also the first watch was in perfect condition too other than the malfunctioning part. lolThis is a generation 4 watch so it is a few years old but it’s brand new in the box and I’m 100% satisfied
