My favorite EAAs (Lemondrop from1st Phorm) were out of stock so I took a chance on a brand and flavor I’ve never tried. It’s not my favorite; it is a bit sweet, so I have to use a lot more water than instructed. But overall, it gives the taste of candy and we’ll see how I feel after drinking it 30 times. I’m glad it’s “good enough”, it could be a lot worse.

Great Taste, Even Better Recovery
I’ve tried a lot of BCAA/EAA powders, and RYSE Strawberry Pineapple really stands out. The flavor is clean, refreshing, and not overly artificial — it actually tastes like strawberry pineapple, not candy or syrup. It mixes easily with water, no clumps or weird aftertaste.I’ve been using it during my workouts and have definitely noticed improved endurance and less soreness afterward. It gives me that extra edge without any jitters or crash.Bonus: it’s easy on the stomach, even early in the morning or mid-session. Will definitely be reordering — this one’s a keeper!

I have found great success in drinking BCAAs during my workouts, especially during my long runs. I am able to maintain my energy levels for hours with no issues with fatigue. This product defiantly enhances your daily performance. It also dissolves well leaving no residual mix in the bottle of my water bottles.

The perfect BCAA. Love RYSE products especially the BCAA formulas. They are flavorful, no sugar added and the best part they are dye/artificial color free. The cherry-limade is a staple flavor on repeat. These help with my DOMS, I get extremely sore and these in my opinion help tremendously. They also help me stay hydrated because the flavors aid in me drinking much more than I usually would. If you don’t prefer extra sweet just add more water to dilute.

Aspirin and buttcheeks
So this product has been a go-to for me for post workout care but I’ve always used the cherry limeade flavor. Which is delicious and damn close to the Sonic staple as far as flavor goes. But when that flavor was sold out, I thought I’d try this new one, “tropical snocone”. Now I’m no expert on flavor profiles but when I think of snocones and tropical fruit, I think of refreshing pineapple or perhaps a mango heavy taste. This particular direction that Ryse took with it however, reminds me of pennies that have been marinating in an homeless man’s buttcheeks and then been dipped in SunnyD. There is a very distinct bitterness and metallic flavor with not a hint of snocones nor tropical fruit. Just this one guys opinion but maybe the person who made this batch with as having a bad day and has something against pineapples. Please refill your stock of the cherry limeade asap so I can get back to pretending I’ve had a Route44 Sonic treat rather than licked the man asking for change in the parking lot of Sonic
