These will give you that good work out burn
Nice little set of bands that can be stacked/combined for more resistance. Nice storage bag too. But, as I was doing a rowing exercise using the supplied strap & foam dongle you close into a door, the dongle pulled out from under the door slapping me in the bread basket like a non lethal round. Be smarter than me and don’t do that! I will modify mine with a tennis ball or something.

A bit underwhelmed …no instructions and an item with no idea what it goes to.
This came in a box that wasn’t sealed inside an Amazon box. While the contents all seemed to be there and the small flat bands were in plastic wrappers, there were no instructions or guidebook on exercises and there was some type of hand strap with no instructions on where it might go. Thinking it might apply to the grip exerciser , but not sure. I will have to do some research on how to use these. It appears to be a package that was opened and then returned without opening the smaller resistance bands. For the price, I probably won’t send back, but was underwhelmed with the quality and the large bands seemed fairly weak when it came to resistance.

Versatile, Portable, and Affordable!
These are such a great home exercise option, especially for the price! There are so many exercises you can do with these, they are easy to use, and are great for nearly any fitness level. They go from 10 to 50 lbs. – you can use single bands, or you can stack them to increase the resistance beyond the heaviest weight band. These are portable and come with a nice little carry bag. They come with handles as well as angle straps for leg work. These seem to be pretty good quality, especially at this price point. Definitely recommended!

Cheap do not buy!!I’ve had two different sets and they both break with any real pressure applied.One time the handle hit me in the face so hard it broke my glasses and cut me right between the eyes!!

Nice resistance band set. Great for traveling and for home gym use.
I ordered this resistance band set to supplement my home gym and also to do some physical therapy from an injury. The quality of the set seems really good so far. It is made with sturdy materials. I really like the versatility of the bands and that they have weight resistance from 10 pounds to 50 pounds. The loop band set ranges from extra light to extra heavy, so you have a varying degree of resistance with those as well. The loop bands will be very useful for physical therapy, light resistance, and toning.I like that you can stack multiple resistance bands onto a single handle to really customize the amount of weight you are lifting. The door anchor will come in very handy as well. I can see using that for general resistance as well as injury rehabilitation.This set also comes with a cooling towel, which I have not had a chance to use yet, but I look forward to trying it.The grip strengthening tool is really nice and very sturdy with a nice range of resistance.The only thing this pack did not include is an instruction booklet. Not a big deal and will not affect how I rate the overall product.I definitely recommend this resistance band set for anybody looking to supplement their home gym, to pack in a suitcase when traveling, or for physical rehabilitation.
