Best Electrolyte for POTS — Better Than LMNT!

I love this product, and I love the individual packets because they make it easier to take on the go. All the flavors are great! The mango is my least favorite because it doesn’t taste like mango to me at all. Overall, I’ve been taking the product for years, and it will help you feel hydrated. Plus, my kids love them. I will use half a packet for my kids. It goes further, and they don’t like it as salty.

Really enjoyed having Re-Lyte on my last 3-day backpacking trip. The individual packets worked really well for me – one package per 1L of water (more water than recommended). Mixes super easily – I just mix it with 1/2 of the bottle filled with water, shake it up, and then add more fluid up to 1L. I still got some flavor in the water with a little less salty taste. Overall, one of the best-tasting electrolyte mixes I’ve tried. Love the 0 sugar content and 0 carbs too.

This is absolutely my number one go to electrolyte mix! It doesn’t have any artificial sweetener taste like so many others do and the taste isn’t overpowering. I can drink it all day and not get sick of it which is incredibly rare. The lemon lime flavor is mild but delicious and one of my two favourites. It’s hard to get where I live but I always stock up when it restocks on Amazon. I have POTS so need to drink them daily just to avoid dizzy/black out spells and relyte has really made a huge difference for me!

Quality is horrible. Taste is nasty. Weird dark granules left at the bottom of the glass after drinking. Not at all as described. Either product is gone bad or quality of terrible. Cannot even get a refund. This product is daylight robbery. Don’t bother.
