I’ve been using this small bottle of magnesium oil for a few weeks now and I’m impressed. Calm before bedtime
This spray was great used at night after every shower. Calmed my nerves before bedtime . It helped me but remember every one is different . And I always put on the bottom of my feet.

I love this magnesium spray. I have purchased it several times. I put it under my feet before I got to bed so the body only absorbs what it needs unlike Pills. I use this to make sure I have enough magnesium and to get a good night of rest
