I head a pro-from that last 18 years it finally started to have problems 2 day ago so I porches a nuther yesterday..I it arrived on time an installment team put it together…we’ll they was from amazon,,I ask the guys how long they have been putting treadmill to they said it was there frist time this is the look I gave them😳🫨 you how that go’s but they did ok putting it together..only when they left my house thay forgot to screw down 4 screws to will keep the the smart paid in place….the treadmill itself is like it….it so many features you so pod cast all the program straight to your TV 📺..I will join one of the prescription. Later . you also install Netflix an many other apps on it while I work out ..it’s best to pull it on YouTube an look at the demo ..I don’t won’t to right a long review about but I do like it this the 2025 model if I have any problem out it will be come in charge this ratting..

Great buy
We used the amazon assembly option and I highly reccomend that. Treadmill is perfect for what I was looking for,very sturdy, pretty quiet and has good range of speed and incline. The location of the fan at waist height is not ideal and if I put a water bottle on one of the shelves it rattles terribly, however, I saw those issues in other reviews and everything else about this treadmill makes up for it, especially at this price point. The decline is a big deal for me and to my surprise pretty rare. I like the ifit, but won’t be using it past the free trial because it’s just a little pricey. Also, the mat we ordered for it came after it was assembled, and I did not find it easy to maneuver so that we could get the mat under it, perhaps with a larger space that would be different, but for us it was definitley a struggle, so get the mat first😁

Now that the Assembly of the treadmill is complete, I’m satisfied with it. However, it was not easy to put together. Instructions were not completely clear and I was given a set of screws that did not work in the treadmill. I still have a concern about getting the Wi-Fi to work properly.

Disappointed
For the price of this treadmill one would think the quality would be way better. The tablet is very lagging and the whole treadmill moves when running even after I made sure everything was tightened. The treadmill belt shifts while running every now and then and it throws me out pace. I set up a return and for it to be picked up only for no one to show up and no call or email any why it never happened.

ProForm Pro 2000 Smart Treadmill OK w/Limitations you should consider
Ordered ProForm 2000 to replace 16 year old NordicTrack C2400 that died. Very similar treadmills. Had delivered to second floor in house and setup (2 hrs) which I highly recommend. ProForm 2000 is quieter, large color display. A little awkward to reach storage bins for water bottle while walking. The iFit software is a mess and costs a bunch so I immediately cancelled subscription. I tried a workout but without headphones impossible to understand trainer while walking. Fan is loud so that complicates things. Without the iFit subscription, this treadmill works fine allowing me to control the workout, and that is my basic use anyway. I am retired and just want some daily walking for 30 minutes, no running, no competitions, so iFit workouts are useless to me. I have an LCD TV that I watch while walking to pass the time. Annoyed that they expect you to turn the unit Off and unplug it after use. WHATTTT? The on/off switch is located in the front on the bottom of the machine! Who designs these things! I purchased a remote controlled 16A outlet (LoraTap) to more conveniently turn power on/off. The remote is magnetically attached to the side of the treadmill. Also awkward controlling the touch screen while walking.

Great to Keep Us In Shape and Safe
My wife had been walking 5-6 miles every morning and she had to start earlier and earlier to avoid people driving their golf carts on the multi-modal path in our community. It got to the point she was walking in the early-morning, pre-dawn darkness and it became a concern for her and for me. We bought this treadmill and put it out on the lanai where we can both use it and not worry about the traffic or the weather. We use it daily and I especially love the fact the angle is adjustable to allow me to jog uphill the entire time

Not suitable for home assembly.
The delivery was 2 hours past the latest ETA, so tied me to the house for five (5) hours in order to be present for delivery. Assembly is a 10 man-hour, and largely requires two people (WOW!). The powder coating on many body pieces is so thick that screws have to be driven in and out 3 or 4 times before they finally grip, and you’re afraid the whole time that you’re going to strip them. There are left and right plastic moldings at the floor level that aren’t even shown in the assembly diagrams, and you realize near the end that they needed to be installed near the beginning of the build. The piston attach bar under the bottom side of the treadmill, doesn’t have screws to mate with, just two long slots – either the treadmill should have come with big nuts or it’s a design defect At this point I gave up on further assembly and plan to send it back.I see that Amazon is offering to send someone out for assembly problems. Good idea but that adds another week delay before I can use a treadmill, and I’ve already waiting two weeks for delivery. When there are known assembly issues of this magnitude, either the product was unsuitable for sale in the first place or the assembly person should have come at the time of delivery, not to mention that I’ll have to make an appointment in another 3 hour window where they’ll arrive 2 hours late like yesterday. If I had it to do over again, I would NOT buy this treadmill from Amazon.
