These really work! I take it daily for healthy digestion and regular BMs.
This really is an excellent blend of probiotics. I have tried many brands and these seem to work the best. They are easy to swallow capsules and I take 1 daily with breakfast to keep my gut healthy and for proper digestion. I used to have a problem with constipation until I started taking probiotics and since taking these daily I am never constipated. I don’t mean to be gross but some people really stink when they poop and that is because they have bad bacteria in their gut. This probiotic blend kills the bad bacteria that causes foul smells and allows the good bacteria to grow in your gut. With the good bacteria in this probiotics blend, you will have better digestion, better absorption of nutrients, less gas and bloating, regular bowel movements, and you also won’t be smelling up the place when you do have to poop; it is a real thing, and these really do help with all that. Sorry if that is too much info for some people, but I think everyone should take probiotics and know about the real benefits of taking them. This is an excellent brand of high quality probiotics that really work and they are about the best price I can find for such an excellent blend of high CFU count muli-strain probiotics. Buy these and take one daily for a few days and you will certainly be pleased, trust me!

Good Value For A Healthy Gut for People & Pets!
I’ve used this product daily for a couple years now. It does the job at helping keep things regular. I like that it’s multi-strain which goes a long way helping the gut do its job. The combination of prebiotic digestive enzymes & probiotic beneficial bacteria help keep bloating and gas down and keeps things moving along. A big plus, its made in the USA. I’ve even used this product with my pets! I share a capsule sprinkled on their morning meal. The same reasons we need pre/probiotics are the same for our pets. If we give their gut the tools it needs, they will get better nutrition from their feed, have firm, smaller, less stinky stools. Its safe for me and safe for them and way more cost effective than the probiotic that the Vet sells. Its all good!

They work well and they work quickly! I take them on an empty stomach along with fiber and a lot of water. This quickly gets the good microbes out of the acidic stomach and into the gut where they can grow. The fiber nourishes them and provides habitat for them to live in. So more microbes can grow, they can extract more nutrition from food, and you stay regular.Taking this probiotic restored my appetite during times when several factors (physical and mental) had destroyed it. For a while I had no appetite at all and had to just make myself eat. After starting this probiotic, I now have a regular appetite and eat at regular intervals again. These have been very good for health and morale, and they can also help people whose habits and/or medications cause loss of appetite.Even if your appetite and digestion are fine, chances are that the right probiotic can increase your tolerance to certain foods. For example, I get no gassiness from cheese while taking this probiotic. It also helps me tolerate spicy food and even some alcohol drinking. Of course, these results are personal and I cannot guarantee them. But for me, they are certainly obvious and reproducible results which I can get purely by taking this probiotic, psyllium husk fiber, and enough water to protect them within the stomach.This is well worth the price and I’ll be buying more. This is the single most valuable supplement among all those I take, and it solves problems that I couldn’t solve with any other diet or lifestyle choice. Definitely try them!I think I will try other brands too, particularly if they have strains of bacteria not in this supplement, because I want to see if I can extend my palate and digestion ability this way. I think that with the right probiotic regimen, you can give yourself appreciation & taste for foods that you used to hate. It’s superbly useful regardless.UPDATE: It’s a few months later. I have found that once you have a healthy microbiome going, there’s no need to take more of these. Eventually you will reach a point where taking these makes you VERY hungry all the time. When you’re at that point, you can save the rest of the capsules for a later time. At that point, taking fiber to feed them seems like the better way to maintain them.

Effective supplement
This has worked wonders for. Beautiful skin starts with the gut and this confirmed it. This is the clearest my skin has ever been and the least bloating I’ve experienced. Thanks CANLIST.
