Uncomfortable
I was hopeful this would help. My physical therapists recommended it try one after o severely dislocated my shoulder and shattered my upper arm. Unfortunately, it rubbed my under arm and was very uncomfortable. I returned. Refund was very easy.

Didn’t like it. Wasn’t what I expected. Not enough adjustability in the straps to hold your shoulders back. Not very comfortable. You need to go up a size when ordering a posture correction strap.

Give it a Try
Got this yesterday afternoon. I have a lower back spine fracture that has wrecked my posture. Only wore it for a few hours and — wow—-it really helped! I could feel my posture getting better even after I took it off. Looking forward to wearing it today and improving each day.
