I usesthis exactly as the label says (3-4 times a day at first for then just when needed). There was no noticeable relief just after using or after prolonged use.

Myself and multiple family members were astonished at how well this works… Anything from a headache to a backache to a sore joint, it’s just amazing. I like that it doesn’t have a strong odor – virtually no odor at all actually – like some other roll on pain relievers.

If you’re like me, you have a full cabinet of every arthritis pain relieving cream/gel.I purchased the roll on Penetrex with the capsules, and have been using them consistently for two weeks. The roll on is not sticky and I like this.Some mornings, I don’t have that burning, searing joint pain! Overall, my pain has decreased!I’m still assessing the effects, but this is the first time I’m seeing a real difference. Note: I’m still taking Arthritis T¥|€N0| daily, and sleep w hand splints.
