Good for growing in the gym
This is a good creatine for those of you that are on the fitness journey. It really mixes well no clumps. The flavor could be good for some, but not for others for me. Personally, I do not care for it but it’s not bad either it just tastes like lemonade. it does not cause any bloating for stomach issues for me and I am really sensitive to my stomach so this is a good thing for those with sensitive tummies. I recommend this product if you are working out and trying to grow your glutes or your legs make sure you accompany this product with exercise and correct Diet in order for you to see results. Overall it is a great product and you will see results with constant use and consistent exercise

Tastes Great!
Update: umm, Im super satisfied. I do workout and I gained weight from drinking weight gain g shakes but the before and after pictures don’t lie. Im sure you’re not going to get a nice butt from just drinking this, you have to put some work in too, but I was flat as a pancake. My before picture was from September.I’m rating 5 stars because the taste is fab. It tastes just like country time pink lemonade. I’ve only worked out once after drinking because I wrecked myself on my last workout. I put it in a water bottle and shake then leave it in the fridge for an hour and it mixes just fine. It also did and does not mess with my stomach at all. I will update with before and after pictures after a couple of months.

Great Creatine Repeat Customer
I had this powder before. And while I did my research on creatine I didn’t do enough. I had the peach flavor my first order and it was okay. This time around I ordered the pink lemonade and this one is sooo much better. It does taste like the country time but pink lemonade like a lot of ladies have said on here.So the first time around I took it for around a week and was getting headaches and stomachaches. I was getting painfully dehydrated. I just didn’t know what I was doing and again didn’t do my research. I’m now a bodybuilder and powerlifter with more knowledge. I couldn’t stop thinking about this stuff and decided to try again. I train my glutes three times a week and could really use the boost.So far so good no complaints here! Dissolves well and tastes pretty good. I will say it’s tart but that’s not a problem for me. Very happy, will order more.I had to come back and edit my review. MY GOODNESS! This stuff right here!I was not blessed with the large bum gene that runs in my family and thought I was eternally doomed to have a pancake back there. But then I was recommended this stuff by good ol Amazon. It hasn’t even been a full month yet and the difference is insane. This stuff, in conjunction with working my glutes 3x per week has caused ‘em insane results. I can’t help but look back there every time I pass a mirror. I’m still working on fat loss so I haven’t entered my bulking season yet and already my glutes are GROWING. I have the strawberry açaí for the inositol and that flavor is yummy, if anyone was considering it. The powder puts in the most work on my glutes but it helps support and grow ALL of my muscles. Again, I’m still in a deficit and I’m looking pretty jacked already thanks to this stuff. 10/10

Quality supplement
This is my favorite supplement that I’ve ever taken. It dissolves easy and mixes great with just water, it makes my muscle gains a hundred times better than just lifting weights and training without adding a creatine supplement. I tried for years to grow my glutes and no matter what I did I was bound to just not have good glutes until I started taking the supplement. The price point is absolutely worth the muscle gains I have noticed. This is a quality supplement.
