Great protein powder. Been looking for an alternative to Orgain ever since the high lead reported in their powder and this does a nice job of getting close to the taste with way less carbs and ingredients (and without the lead..)

WOW!
This is the best protein powder I have ever come across. Quality and purity of ingredients are very important to me, and this protein powder has no yukky fillers or preservatives. The ingredients are all organic, clean and serve a vital purpose to supply bioavailable protein, minerals and nutrients, all while tasting delicious with no chalky texture or strange mouth feel. I highly recommend with vanilla almond milk. It tastes like a milkshake and is every health conscious vegan’s dream!!!

High Quality Ingredients, Consistency A Bit Chalky
I wanted to try this powder because I was impressed by the company and their commitment to quality and by their transparency in publishing testing results for heavy metals. I’ve been using a few different Garden of Life powders lately and thought I’d try something new for a change.The ingredients are definitely high quality and a good mix of different protein sources, although pea protein is the first and largest ingredient. Compared to the Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla Powder however, the Ora has a slightly chalkier consistency. Also, the Ora vanilla flavor is non-detectable – this powder is basically flavorless and odorless, which is disappointing. The Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla Powder has a very nice vanilla flavor and smell which I prefer.I would rate this 4 stars basically for the quality of the ingredients and for the company’s willingness to share their testing results. I have requested similar results from a few other companies – from Orgain twice – and none have provided the information requested. So hats off to Ora for transparency. However I docked the Ora powder one star for blandness and for the chalky consistency. Not sure if I would buy this again, although I might try another flavor if I thought it was better than the vanilla.

Pros & Cons
I wanted to love this protein powder. I read an article about highly-rated protein powders and this brand was on the list. The clean ingredients appeal to me. I cannot tolerate artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. I ordered the Vanilla Chai flavor. It is very much a blank slate. In other words, it won’t much matter if I want to add ingredients to my shake because the flavor isn’t overpowering. It isn’t as creamy as some other powders I have tried. I don’t mix my shakes with milk. I use a combo of water and fat free Greek yogurt. The texture is very thin and it doesn’t dissolve well in liquid without an immersion blender. It has a chalky mouth feel. I probably wouldn’t reorder.

This is one of the healthiest protein powders I found. It has a bit of an aftertaste to it, but mixed well into a smoothie. It works just fine. ITS SO GOOD!
I believe this is my 3rd bottle of purchase and I absolutely love it. I prefer unsweetened and add my own flavor (fruits) and I drink it so fast after my workout — tastes so good! Thank you Ora!! I will most likely look into other products like pre workout and see how it goes but, I DEFINITELY recommend it.

Best tasting and no chalky taste
I’ve tried a lot of protein powders over the years and this one has taken the prize. Others are chalky and the vanilla taste fake. Not Ora the vanilla is subtle but delicious and no chalky taste. I will definitely be sticking to this one and will try the other flavors as well.

So happy with this newfound plant protein love. It’s so light on my stomach and leaves me feeling sumptuous. I am having less cravings through the day. Absolutely no bloated feeling. I like the bean powder taste of the this protein supplement.It compliments the flavors so much!Chocolate flavour is not so strong, I need to put additional chocolate powder to have a thicker taste.Overall, great product!:)) simply love it.
